Disappointing
I am beyond baffled by this shady company. Unpleasantly surprised by their clueless service. It shouldn't be like this.
I visited their website willing to find a red sofa for my bedroom. I liked one, but there were no details about it. So I decided to call. Not sure how long, but probably over 50 minutes I was on hold. Ridiculous. Either the company understaffed or they just don't care. The last option seems real.
I reached their representatives, but he said that a person who could give me some answer is absent. Still got no callback...
Awful sales and delivery practice
We ordered a bedroom set and wardrobe (supposed to be from Italy) from this store on 04/29/2006. The bedroom set was delivered in a timely matter, but the wardrobe that was promised to be delivered in August or the latest in middle of September still not delivered. On multiple occasions we was given new delivery dates in 2-3 weeks with “it is on the sea from Italy already” (In August we was told the date is middle of September, then in September we was given 3rd week of October, in October beginning of November, then last week of November and then again with “it is on the road from Italy” in another 2-3 weeks). Every time the salesperson (Igor) is giving his word for this delivery date to be the last and actual date.
In beginning of December, I was told by this salesperson that by asking when the wardrobe will be delivered I “force them to lie me, because in reality only when they will have enough furniture to be send from Italy it will be send”. He promised a delivery to be next day after Christmas. I called today (12/26) and another salesperson told me that Igor is off today and when I asked if he can tell me about delivery date he claimed that he is not responsible for containers and that he doesn’t know if container came in. Asked me to call tomorrow to talk to my salesperson (“only your salesperson can tell you what is the delivery date”).
It is already 8 month passed from the order date and after 6 or 7 rescheduled dates the delivery still is not made. I am now 100% sure that it is their usual business practice to lie about when customer can expect a merchandise, get a deposit and then just reschedule multiple times and just hide from the customers when they cannot keep their promises.
We cannot trust this store anymore and cannot get our order to be completed.
