USACredit stole money without permission

I just checked my bank account and found a charge this company took from my account for 149.95 which I did not authorize this company to do or to take. I looked on the internet and this company has ripped off thousands of people on a daily basis for the same amont. And everyone has tried to contact this company to get thier money back but no one gets thier money back from this company and the company gives everyone the run around. The goverment needs to do something about this company ripping off innocent people, especially the people that are stuggling and living pay check to pay check. This is against the rights of the people. I can provide a bank statement verifying this amont was taking out of my bank account.

USACredit Unauthorized withdraw

This company withdrew 150.00 from my account and I did not authorize it. This is completley illegal and they will be shut down for it. The amount of people who have made complaints is unbeleivable. It is amazing they are still operating. Fraud is a big deal and they will be delt with. I work for a similar company and we are completeley secure. There is no way we would ever risk doing this to our customers. Thats why I felt I would be secure too. I was wrong. I didnt even finish the application. Everyone needs to turn this over to fraud department then take the proof to the attrny. general and they will be shut down and sued on top of it. Im doing it first thing on Tuesday you can bet your ### on it. They are what gives short term lenders a bad rap.

i was searching for a very small payday loan, approx 200, and was led through the website and thought i was submitting my account info for said loan.I have unfortunately had to get online payday loans in the past but with reputable companies, having no service issues.this is Not one. BEWARE OF USACREDIT.My bank, wells fargo, (PROPS!)offered a credit of their $29 stop payment fee without my asking once i explained my sitch accompanied with the name of the company.the rep i spoke with was very familar with usacredit in light of past, very similar complaints.

There are better ways to improve your credit besides buying a prepaid credit card like this which is expensive and I couldn't find anyone to even accept it.

I also just found a debit of $149.95 from USA Credit which I never authorized. Now I have to fight to get that money back.

Like so many others, I got taken by USACredit for $149.95. I did not authorize the payment buy they got in and got it anyway. Any advise? guyrutherford1@gmail.com

USA Credit took $149.95 out of my account without my permission. I got hit with an over draft fee of $36.oo I like my money back and my over draft fees paid too. thank you.

USACredit Beware

USACREDIT debited my acct 149.95 and I still have not received the credit card and then they don't have a 24 hour customer service centre to ask questions. I did not authorize my account to be charged and now I have overdraft charges for the bills I put on my bank card with a total of -210.00 yeah that's a heck of a lot so now I am working extra hard to pay that and still have money to cover my bills . The least that could have happened was to let me know when I would receive the card. Then they promise a $ 7, 500 limit *** I have to get the card first. How is this legal.

I was just hit byt this company for 149.95. I am closing this account so they will not get me again. what a nightmare.

They took 19.95 out of my bank account. Went online to my bank account
and found that somebody had taken out 19.95, and the transaction was no
other than USA CREDIT. So I googled it and found the number, called them and none other
than a voice automated system, I have 2 numbers which are
[protected] and [protected]. I don't know these people and I have not
ever visited their payday website. How can this be possible that somebody can
take money out of your bank without you knowing about it?

Now Im worried about them in the future and others that can do this
without my knowledge. LuckyI didn't have much in the bank.

I was also a victim today for a debit of 149.95. Good thing I only had 9bucks in my account. I called the bank and bbb and they disputing the case. This is why we should not give out our personal information online for any reason. Hope this was a lesson for all of us!

I was also scammed by this so called company, I am hoping to talk to my bank later today and I will also be disputing the charges. How dare they try and take advantage of people. I would be more than glad to do whatever it takes to shut these people down!

I was ordering christmas stuff online and look at my bank statement the nest day online and see that my card was debited 149.95 so i google usa credit and the 1800 number to find it was a scam so i called my bank and they will be dispuitung this charge

i have a number for them that i found today and it is [protected] and if you need more information go online to the BBB and there a whole list of numbers there for this company also none as the common wealth group and if you need an address it is 10500 ulmerton rd. in uniontown, pa hope you catch the ### and hope all of you do .

USACredit Unauthorized charges on my bank account!

This is the second time that they are trying to do this. I applied for an on-line loan, there was a box to check if I wanted this service I checked no. The funds were taken out of my checking account without my permission. My bank account is now on hold because it made nsf charges on my account. Since they take it out electronically by checking accounts. It takes longer to be replaced. I applied for a loan again. They are trying to do they same thing again. I never checked the box for this card.

Is there anyway to stop them. Also when you call customer service they give you an out of state number in which you are on hold for over 15 minutes.

I just had the same problem with these people! It makes no sense at all how these people can just take people's hard earned money out of their accounts without authorization. These people should be put in a cage somewhere. To think, they call themselves "helping people". Yeah, they're helping people alright... by going broke! I need that money for my medicine tomorrow and all because of them, I have to be in pain until I get the money returned to my account (and who knows how long that'll take). I didn't even authorize no kind of transaction with these people by the way. I have NO IDEA how they got my information but somehow they did and now, I have to suffer because of it. NEVER AGAIN!

I am freaking furious! I was trying to get a loan from these people. I can't get a loan because I don't have a checking account. They proceeded to charge my savings account for $149.50. I didn't have the money, so I now have a $25 charge from my bank. When I called the bank, they said they tried to put another through for $99 yesterday! I'm waiting for a return call from these people. Thank god I didn't have the money in my account or that wouldve been gone!

my bank closed my account i caught it today while still pending. It is in the hands of the fraud dept. I also made a police report so I have copied everyones statements and also gave it to the police which in turn hopefully the fbi will get involved. This has just happened to me today so hopefully they cant hurt me. I say lets file a lawsuit we need so many people.

They took money out of my account with no authorazation! 149.95 this is really bs... im currently on hold with them and I have been for 20min! This is the 2nd time.. U should be able to sue for this! This is ridiculos there is problay so many people they get that don't even notice or take the time t o get thier money back!

What is this BS? I also was looking for some loans online to take care of some stuff for school. Same as Angela, I got a call that I was approved and said I didn't have the money in the account at that time and to call back in two weeks or so. I never received a phone call and all of a sudden I get a notice from the bank that my account was overdrawn due to a 149.95 charge. WTF?! Who are these people, and how are they still in business? So on Monday I get to start calling and hope this is fixed soon. And then better also refund me for the overdraft fee.

This is hell happening world over with the BPO,business.The damn blues and their sporting bosses wants to enrich themselves and the guideless lad,goes on Phoneing and debits money. S**t of it. We need banking account protection, so that no transaction goes on net with out the approval of the owner, on net. The ### online transactions by the banks have to be stopped. Veisign verified account okeyed by principal for secure transaction is a must.

I never filled out an application for usacredit and they took $149.95 out of my bank account and I want my money back. They made my account negative and I don't appreciate that at all.

This fraudulent company took unauthorized money in the amount of $149.99. I do not know who they are but it is definitely fraud. Went to pull money from my account in the amount of $158 they had gotten big hunk of my rent money This is the second time someone has infiltrated my bank account in the past yr and half. If this keep happening I will have to be the old lady who keeps her money in Credit Union account.

I got a call yesterday about a loan i was trying to get so that my son who is severly disabled could get his medication. Instead of a loan I got screwed. I only had 200.00 dollars in my account and this money was for his medicine. I made sure to ask that they do not withdrawel anything from my account, I recorded the call and I am in touch with my lawyer. The banks fraud dept has made a report and I also made a police report, I have a good case in the meantime. my son is in the hospital because they took my babys medicine money ###ers...

This happened loast month taking money from my account and I did one of these since they don't answer their phone or tell you your waiting time is twenty minutes and more. Never heard of this but now they have taken money again out of my account and being disabled and living on a fixed income with no family help I can't afford this and sometimes it hits and over draws me and the bank charges me a fee and so does the check they return. PLEASE stop this!

I have been recieving overdrafts because of this company making unauthorized transactions on our bank acct. 2 times in april and we want them to put the money back into our acct. it was a total of 28.00 +52.00 in overdraft fees and our debit cards have been dead for about 1 month and I want these transactions to stop on our acct.
