My 1xbet account has been blocked for 14 days for unknown reason. Security team is reviewing my account and still suspended.
During review, I have followed every single instructions correctly and submitted all necessary and required documents (copy of ID, selfie with ID, Bank account statement of transaction for deposit and etc.)
In the last instructions, security team required screenshots of payment system which I never used to deposit my 1xbet account. I have submitted a screenshot of internet banking that showing confirmed transaction to local 1xbet Agent which I used every time to deposit my account.
After I sent a proof of what method I used to deposit my account, security team was suspended of review my claim. And required me to send notarized copy of my ID documents to the specified address in Guadalajara city of Mexico.
It is too far to send mail to Mexico from Mongolia. It will cost me a lot. it waste a lot of time. I believe I proved enough myself during review.
Security team did not tell me what regulation or law I violated and why they blocked my account.
I would like to unblock my account and withdraw my assets.
Claimed loss: Wasted lot of time, depressed and lose hope.
Desired outcome: enhance reviewing process, finish it as soon as possible. unblock my account.
