Few days ago I complained here about my account they blocked my account without any reason. From here suggested to contact : public.[protected]@1xpartner.com
. after multiple times providing them all kinds of documents for verification .They asked again to send them via postal service but they didn't provide me receipts full information.. without recipients full information it's impossible to send letter documents from my country..I requested many times to provide me receiver name contacts number..but they deny my request every time.
At last I take videos & photos from different Postal service from my country to proof them that they need recipients name contact number otherwise they aren't accept documents from me finally nothing helps from here..
This company is totally a scamming circle ,even provide all documents for verification they will never allow me to withdraw my money..they are scammer.
If anyone knows how to complained against them internationally please suggeste I will do that ..
I attached every proof here.
Claimed loss: Almost 379000 BDT (3900$)
Desired outcome: Please refund my money
From security department they provide this address without recipients name & contact number..
"Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, C.P. (zip) 44534, Apartado postal 33-01)"
But from my state postal service they didn't accepting documents from me without name contact number.. they need those details to deliver documents to this address..
Also I sent video proof to security department as they requested if inability to send documents to this address I need to sent proof as I did already still they didn't solving this issue.

They also replying same thing again & again.
If you investigate my case please provide me a valid address with recipients name contact number I will send those documents within 6-7 days.. otherwise allow me to send my notary documents any other way..
My humble request to you please allow me to withdraw my deposited money. .
Don't reply same thing again..let this finish here ... Don't break the trust from 1xbet.

As we already talked about this matter that it's impossible to sent parcel from Bangladesh to mexico without recipients name & contact number . After reviewing my complained you said you will handle this case and will findout suitable way for this to solve this problem..but why again telling me same thing that many parcel arriving to this address..
Please try to understand from my country (Bangladesh) isn't allowed to sent parcel without recipients information..

Yes I got a new address to sent parcel.. Parcel already sent I hope it will be arrived within 5-6 days .. And my problem still not resolved,my account still blocked..
The security department requested to me my NID notary documents & online form which is provided from 1xbet.. I attached some extra documents also like as my NID copy..
I hope 1xbet will ensure customers support & hope my problem will be solve soon.

Yes, i did video verification again... But from Security team i got an email good day my account blocked permanently. also o can only withdraw deposited amount.. my account balance was 379000 BDT now i can see only 181000 BDT... NO problem ..
After trying to make withdraw i can see an error message ""You Can only Make Withdrawals using the same method details you used to make a deposit or by requesting a withdrawal at a betting shop ""
Then tried electronic method , also randomly unknown cash agent address for checking It's working or not with small amount..
after that from security team they told me i can only withdraw my funds to this cash agent address only "" Nawadganj - Dinajpur Rangpur""
But i Don't know who is he/shea.. how can i find this agent.. i requested to security team please allow me to withdraw my funds using any others method... but they are not listing my words...
what a service... if you lost no problem but if you win a small amount then many problem will be face here..
