I don't know why you don't mention both withdrawals in your response , yes i confirm that the two withdrawals was confirmed , but one of thos two withdrawals i didn't receive it in my bank account ! I will send you again my bank statement in 5th of november showing that i received only 1 withdrawal amounting to 5000 dirhams , but i did not receive the secound withdrawal wich also is amounting to 5000 dirhams
