I have recently received a bottle of active serum and the next day the moisturizer which i did not order but have been charged two amounts of $ 5.65 NZ. on my bank account i was paying for free trail pay postage only yesterday i had $146.87. removed from my account. I have no idea why this has been deducted and it should not have been removed without my knowing. This is a scan as i have heard from other customer that have had the same thing done to them. I am asking you please to rectify this before i report this as fraud by you. So please have this sorted by Monday NZ banking hours . If i have no response i will contact my bank and have you charged.
