Woolworths - Britannia good day pistachio-almond cookies

Bought a 231gm pack of cookies - says 4 packs inside but there were only 3 packs. The product is really lovely - my first time buying them - but disappointed I've not been sold what was advertised on the pack. I assume it would also not have been the correct weight either, i.e. 75% of 231gm, 21 cookies not 28 cookies, 6.15oz instead of the stated 8.2oz.
