Buffalo Wild Wings review: Trying to get seated

i went to the buffalo wild wins store on carruthers road in newport ky on sat october 21 around 12:30 in the afternoon. walked in the door and there were 3 gentleman standing at the seating station,they ask me if i was from around here and i said yes. they ask me if it always took a long time to get seated here? i told them the few times i had been there it usually didn"t take to long. they said that they had been standing there about twenty-five minutes and hadn"t seen a hostess. well what really caught my attention when i walked in that the left side of the restraunt was almost full and the right side had at least seven empty tables and booths. well the young man finally made it up to the seating station and talked withe the three gentlemen in front of me. much to my disbelief he sat them on the left side making it more crowded? the one gentleman look at me and just scrugged his shoulders and laughted and sat down. well the young man finally got back to me after he bussed the table he had just seated and i told him i had 3 in my party and i would like to sit on the right side of the restraunt. he told me they only had one server on that side and i would have to wait at least ten minutes on her to serve me. i told him i was waiting on my wife and son to join me and time was not a big deal i didn"t mind waiting on the server to wait on me. so he reaches under the counter and pulls out a tablet and starts asking me for my name and phone number and says he willseat me in twenty minutes? i had just told him i didn"t mind sitting and waiting at a table, now its going to be twenty minutes to get seated on a side that has a bunch of empty tables? i"m sorry i don"t do silly very well so i asked to see the manager and he said she wasn"t to be disturbed. you know i would really expect the manger of a restraunt to be out on the floor if they were under staffed helping her crew expediting things not hiding in an office! so i told him that he didn"t have to worry about the manager or me and my family ever coming back to this restraunt again but i did want to let you all know what kind of incompatance your stores are being run with!
