A new riding mower threw the belt off after one week. An authorized service center replaced the belt and said nothing was wrong. Next time I use it, it threw the belt off. A second authorized service center replaced the belt and said they found nothing wrong. I learned to replace the belt as no one could fix it. It keeps throwing belts. Do I have to pay another service center to put on a new belt and say nothing is wrong with it. Phone technical support requires at least a 30 minute hold time and still no suggestions except take it to an authorized service center. It is now out of warranty and sits in my garage. After a knee replacement I can no longer keep putting the belt back on. This year is sits in my garage while I use a push mower to cut a large lawn. Home Depot will not even answer my emails about it. I have a mower I can't use. I seriously doubt anything will be done this time either.
Desired outcome: Fix it right, give me a mower that doesn't throw belts or a refund.
