DocuSign review: DocuSign account

I attempted to make a DocuSign account. DocuSign let me go through the steps and then said I do not have admin access to my personal emai. I'm a Realtor and the DocuSign automatically associated my personal email with a company I haven't worked with in over 2 years. The company was Keller Williams who set me up with a Keller Williams email address. At no point... did I ever provide Keller Williams permission to use my personal email address to set up DocuSign. I spent over 2 hours and much frustrations with DocuSign who says Keller Williams has my email address and DocuSign cannot allow me to have a DocuSign account with my personal email address. I argued with them for a long time. The bottom line is I should have the right to use my personal email address and credit card. I asked several times over the phone to please remove Keller Williams and disassociate them from my personal email. The DocuSign rep (Fabricio) said it's impossible and they cannot do that. They refuse to allow me to make a DocuSign account with my email that I have sole ownership over. This is dramatically impacting my income & business, as I'm a Realtor.
