To put it very bluntly DDC is cheating! Watched a player in a 5 Card, 10k/20k room hit full houses every third hand consistently with various numbers of discards. I watched and tracked the players hands for 21 hands, they had 7 full houses. Again, consistently every third hand. I looked up the player on Facebook, they do have a profile page. There are several of us that play and chat and over the last few months we have noticed what appeared to be ringers in the rooms. We have discussed this several times and a large number of players are seeing the same thing. Everyone has winning and losing streaks, that is poker. However, the same type of winning hand every third hand, the odds don't exist for that type of win. While it may be possible that the player was using some type of computer program to cheat, based on what I and several others have seen, DDC is cheating.

I've been playing doubledown Casino for quite awhile, and my chips just disappeared. I won over $3, 000, 000 and was very happy, until they disappeared on me. on nov 11 i was trying to buy an 18.00 dollar package and it took it out 4 times it was not going through so i did over and over till it did. i only receive 3 million not 12 million which they charge me for. i would not buy them back to back to back within minutes os each other

my chips disappeared when the slot messed up and I want them all back I had almost 4 million and I don't appreciate them being gone.

I play texas hold 'em...lately the game has been slow and because of the game being slow, when I bet sometimes the timer runs out after I've made a bet and folds my hand..That's when I have the winning hand...Sometimes the game freezes on me and I have to wait at least 2 to 5 minuets before it unfreezes...I know you guys that are in charge of this game has gotten plenty of complaints about this matter...I've never had chips taken from me..(thank goodness)..but it is very annoying when I'm trying to have a good time playing texas hold 'em...I use to be a real gambler and I quit because it was bringing a hardship down on me and my family...that doesn't mean I don't play for fun...your site is quite enjoyable. I had 18million points and while getting my daily points it took me back to 1 million. I also have a terribly hard time daily opening up double down and most of the time cancel and re open but usually don't lose my points in doing so.

Hey, DD doesn't seem to be working with Microsoft Edge. Don't know if it's MS or DD, but the page starts to load and then after it gets to the different games screen it reloads, ad infinitum! Just started this week and any preemptive clicking to try to force it to load while it's reloading has no effect. Doesn't seem to have that problem with Chrome. Sure I could use Chrome, but Edge is noticeably faster, and I don't want to change my default browser back to Chrome.
