I have fallen victim to Aqua Resource Group myself. I bought in to the system 2 years ago, and luckily I had a good rep at first that helped with problems that came up. Then recently I got talked into joining a marketing campaign that involved a dialer and was promised 100,000 live messages, call tracking and reporting, Power rewards setup and 300 activation codes, and 150 3 day cruise certificates to give away on this "amazing opportunity". I was guaranteed in writing that I would receive a minimum of 200 mortgage inquiries. And that if minimum was not met, than calls would continue until the minimum was set. Saul Tarzi over there verbally told me "this won't be a problem, we record the calls".

I had a credit over there from buying out my contract, so they took 4,000.00 from it, then first charged my credit card 4500.00 initially, and then the last installment of 4500.00 was to be charged later, after checking with me first. It stated that on the contract. The total was 13,000.00.

I was told that I could turn the dialer on and off as I wished, as I would need time in between to handle all the mortgages! We decided to run it 2 times a week, 5,000 calls a night, so the first half of the campaign would run 8 weeks. Morgan over there told me they could run the calls to 2 different numbers at the same time, that whoever answered first could take the call, and so the next call could go the the next number. I only had one other person to help take the calls, and so that was his answer to that to help clinch the sale. Since I didn't pay all up-front - that until the last 4500.00 was paid, they would run 1/2 of the campaign.

What a mess! I only received 3 nights of calls, all mostly "take me off your **** list". Anyone who stayed on was lonely or trying to mess with us. The 5 mortgage inquiries we got were from non-credit worthy people. 2 additional nights were charged even though I had cancelled those nights due to not being available, but one of the numbers was called anyway. Then I found out that they were sending 5000 calls to each number, so 10,000 - not as promised, and that I only had 10,000 calls left in the first half. When we made sure they knew to send only 5000 a night to one number, and eliminated the other number for safety, we waited. NO CALLS! We contacted Aqua right away and told them there was a problem...they said they would take care of it before the next night. We trusted them, and waited for the calls the next night, and again - no calls. I then phoned again, left a message, emailed Saul, Morgan and the scheduler. No communication back. AND THEN THEY CHARGED MY AMERICAN EXPRESS THE LAST 4500.00!

They will not respond to my emails or calls, they have not set me up properly with power rewards, I did not receive even the first half of the campaigns calls, I did not receive product, I did not get 200 mortgage inquires, and they have not responded to my request to credit my card. The last charge was definitely fraudulent. I am contacting a lawyer this week, and would also be willing to join in with anyone else who is...

Do not trust this company with anything - even though they sound so legitimate. I feel abused and taken advantage of - and stupid to be quite frank. They know how to sell...BEWARE

This has got to be the biggest scam in the Real Estate industry, ever. Little did I know that if I wanted to give out cruises I could spend half the money on them with www.freevacationincentives.com and actually have them redeemed instead of scammed. I hope we can find the owner of Aqua and get revenge - legally, of course.

Our story is almost identical to yours in regards to the voice broadcasting. Our service has been poor from the start and Aqua did not follow through on anything they promised us. We were trying to get a realtor CD business card from them for nearly 1 year, and it never came. We have wasted our money with this company.
