I recently had a transaction take place that was on authorized on my GreenDot card. It was pending, so I called customer service, and they said to fill out the dispute form, and they would investigate. I'm unable to find out the status of my claim, in my account has yet to be reimbursed the $39.99. I'm getting the runaround everywhere I call with the customer service number, or link. I disputed it prior to the money being removed yet it was still removed and I'm out 40 bucks! I want my money back I want this resolved and you, are the only ones they will be able to do that.
