Good day,
On the 19th of September 2023, I took my Kia Seltos Ex+ for servicing at your Eswatini franchise. After collecting the car, I discovered issues relating to the gearbox which were not present before service. Kindly note that the car is less than two years old and this service was its third.
I then took the car back to have these issues rectified only to experience the following traumatic events;1. I discovered that my signature had been forged by one of the employees for them to process the invoice. Please not that this invoice had not been shared with me for signing. even though I had asked for it to be emailed to me.a) I will be filing a lawsuit against KIA as forging a signature is a criminals offense.2. The Foreman who was meant to check my car for the initial issues i had brought it in for post service reversed onto a steel post; damaging the back bumper slider and rear. A police report showing error on the employee's side is in my possession.3. To date, my car has not been returned to me and its repair status is unknown.
Kia has not been forthcoming with information or remorseful regarding any of the listed issues.
This was my first service with Kia Eswatini, after buying the car in Hatfield I have been getting it serviced at Nelspruit; where I have not have issues.
