First of all, the mattress will arrive in 3 parts that you have to put together in a cover. Nowhere on the website is this mentioned.

We were very shocked when it arrived this way. We felt like they were being deceptive by not mentioning this on the website.

Next, you would think that the 3 parts would be the same size... but no, they were all different sizes. The papers we got with the order said that the memory foam sometimes takes awhile to expand so we figured maybe after a few days all the pieces might finally match. But they never did. And the 2 pieces of foam that came with the memory foam were dirty (one had a shoe print on it) and had little tears in it.

So we took them up on the 30 days money back guarantee and decided to send it back. There was no problem as far as getting the authorization to do so, but when the person listed the reasons why we were sending it back, she failed to mention the part about where the three pieces of foam never were the same size. And sending it back was not cheap, around $160.00. And we had a really hard time getting those three pieces of foam back in the box they were shipped to us in. And we had to ship it back to them in their box; it would have been much less expensive to ship each piece back in three smaller boxes.
So our advice is if you are wanting a memory foam mattress, shop locally or if you have to shop online, make sure the mattress is actually put together and not 3 pieces of foam that you have to put together in a cover.

This customer purchased a component mattress that is advertised as one that the customer puts together or builds themselves from component parts (Memory Foam Select). It is so surprising how some customers actually fail to read the webpage and product description thoroughly -- the same page on which they purchased the product, and then they blame the vendor.
