UTI Bank Refund of Home Loan processing fees

This is with reference to UTI Home Loan sanction letter number UTI/07/HL/11210. My home loan was sanctioned of amount Rs. 36, 00,000/- on June 26, 2007. This loan amount does not fulfill my loan requirement.

I have paid Rs. 3000/- as a processing fees (Cheque number 227046) for the same.

I have talked to the UTI Bank Noida branch to refund the processing fees, but they didn't give the satisfactory answer. Even one of their agent told me that if you don't have money why you applied for the house.

Please help me to take the refund of my money as the services from UTI bank has not been availed.

Even i have faced so may problems with UTI Bank. May be more than u all. I have taken a home loan with them and problems started with that. Initially the agent was irritating for money commission etc, and these guys have collected amount 2,3 times for loan processing with out any receipts and that part was over.

Now after an year i suddenly see that loan amount is not getting debited from my account i donno y. i have given post dated cheques. This is really sick

And also could not reach the agent who processed this loan. and i cannot go to branch because i am not in india.

And customer care either there is no response or they will disconnect the call. i didn't sleep to call this customer which is available only in day time as it is a night time for us hoping that my problem will get resolved. But unfortunately either i have to hold the line i my call gets disconnected.

I donno what to do and whom to approach? So bad na

Sir ,
While taking the card i was told that there is not any annual or joining fee on card. But it charged.Collection peoples are threatening me on mobile. Advise what to do.

I received a UTI bank credit card. When applying for this card I was told by a representative that there is no joining or annual fee. But when I received my first statement, there was a joining fee.

After making several attempts to speak with your phone banking officers, which seem to be never available), I am sending this email to customer care division. I hope this will be resolved in a timely manner.

I have submitted a form with necessary docs for credit card in Bangalore. I got a confirmation from uti bank stating my application has been submitted vide # 362971. But I am yet to get the card. It’s almost crossing 20 days. No update from uti bank. Very poor service!

I had applied for uti silver credit card on 1st may 07 but until now i had not get the card. The branch staff are telling that i will get it sonly.

Had taken a loan from UTI 3years back towards a purchase of a two wheeler. MyLoan was lcosed 6 months back & still have not received my NOC or the RC book. Had made several visits to the Agency - Teknik Motors, Ulsoor. From where i had taken my two wheeler & every time i go there they direct me to the UTI branch at Infentry Road.

On going to Infentry road, i am told there is no UTI bank there. I then tried to reach the koramangala branch & they told me to speak to Tecknik Motors. Again on checking with Teknik Motors they say, they have discontinued the Loans with UTI bank & they too have washed off their hands.

Its is really disappointing.

I bought a CAT 2007 form from UTI Bank in Mumbai. They sold the form to me for 550, they should have charged me 1100. Due to incorrect charge for the form my application has been rejected. The IIM's says its bank fault and bank says they just sell the form.

ITs frustrating and have no recourse...

dear sir,

i have transfered sum of 800 euros from an europien bank to my uti account(pune main branch) on 4.07.08 but still i didnt recive the money, i just enquired the bank in europe they said in their side every thing is clear, the problem is with the indian bank, (this is their comment) let me know why ?
for your kind reference i give my account no-[protected], i hope will do the needful, also i request you to clear this problem as soon as possible.

UTI Bank Denying statement of saving account

Mr Sai Parsad Patnik posing as Manager(Operation) in UTI Bank of Sector-10 Panchkula(Haryana) denied me to give an Account Statement of my saving account 3020101xxxxxxxx.

When I asked for a written reason for the same then he started abusing me and told me to close my account.

This is kind of service that a renowned bank is providing?

UTI Bank Freezing my salary account

I have received some money in march 2007 from somebody whom i don't know then the bank tell me that the depositing person is fraud and my is freeze. I have send many mails that can reverse the entries coming in my account and allow me to use my money. But nothing has happen till date June 2007.

I have written the bank many times.

UTI Bank Status of credit cards never received!

I have applied for uti credit card but after a 2 months yet i have not received any status for that. So many times i called up in customer care but nobody picking the phone. Just want 2 inform you about worst service of uti bank customer care.

In the month of July 2007 the agent of UTI bank collected the documents for Credit Card Application, thereafter no body turned back. On 16.08.07 I received one sms stating "we have received credit card application with ref no. 478878 pls use this ref no for future communication - UTI Bank Credit Card." Thereafter till today I have not received any information what happens with my application and what is happening with my documents.

I suggest and warns general peoples not to go for UTI bank credit card!

It is really disgusting action of Axis bank to credit card customer,
No regularity in providing the statement of month. I do not know how should I react with the service with the axis bank. Difinitely I will publish an article on the axis bank activities to the innocent customer. Previously also axis bank was involved in the scam. Now also they are not liquidated their course of negligence to the customer. Please make sure to upgrade your systems not to disrupt the service to customer.

I've applied for the UTI credit card before three months but last month only I've received it. In that also i had a problem in my initial instead of K. Sakthivel they printed as M. sakthivel I've called to the customer care cor several times but there is no response from them. then i had given a complaint to the credit card officer to my nearest bank then also there is no use. I was very much frustrated on their services.

I called the customer care center for the new PIN number for internet banking 2 months ago, and was said that the Ghatkopar (E) bank (as reside in Ghatkopar) will give me a call when they receive the letter. But nothing of that has happened.

I'm still waiting.

UTI Bank Form 15 g not considered

We had submitted form 15-g for not deducting tax at source as the person has no other surce of taxable income to the bank, UTI bank Ltd, Shakti Nagar Branch Delhi, where we hold our account, in the month of April-2006.

This was to ensure that no tax deduction takes place on income from the bank interest.

However we were stunned to find that bank had not considered the submitted form and deducted more than 5500 rupees as tax against the interest income for 2006-07 FY.

Such an act by a reputed bank like this one was not at all expected. Can we do anything against this and ensure that this doesn't happen in future?

UTI Bank New saving account opening issue

As i am trying to open a new saving account in uti bank nd block pritampura delhi here Mr. Rajesh, Mis. Swati advice to submit amount of 5,000/- to open it and make issue of address proof and identity proof i give them rent agreement for add. proof and pancard for identity, i give the current month electric bill of land lord and my company id card .I give ref. of Mr. M.S.Thankachan a prior acct. at the same bank . but after 10 days they reply that not opening my account and sending me back my money, but i am very hesitated with this so i am complaining against them on 23-12-06 i submit money for new account i have receipt with me. Suggest everyone do not use UTI Bank services!
