I ordered a sample online, tried it, did not care for the product and tried making several calls to cancel but could not get through. I could not find an email address for them so I couldn't email them. I finally got through to cancel and got the RMA number. Today I got my CC bill in the mail. They charged me $89.15 after I had cancelled and no product was ever sent for that charge.
I called to say I wanted my money back and the customer service guy was a real fast talker. I tried to tell him why I was calling but he just kept talking and would not let me say anything. He was trying to make me feel bad for questioning the charge.
I think they purposely delay in sending the product so you have little time to try the product. They have your number from when you ordered the product, so they do not answer the call purposely to put you off.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
