29 January 2018 between 1:00-1:30 pm 4 to 5 calls I think because I erase the call on my cellphone and 30 January 2018 between 8:00 -8:30 am 4 calls I still have the called I made. They just consume my balance, they answer me and put me on hold and never answer, and again if they answer they hang the call and became busy. They are very rude, unethical and unprofessional to people. Because i'm not ordering and want to complain something they just do this to me. I hope that the second time they get the iphone for repair they will just do it right because the first complain I made the battery not charging, they took it and for almost 2 weeks when they return, battery is so fast too low bat.. I hope this complain will resolve and if they take it again I hope I will not charge for another delivery charge.. Thank you and hope for your response.

They stated that this iPhone 4 is refurbished and is in perfect condition and that it is made of the real apple material, but when I got it the phone's casing isn't Stainless Steel like the original iPhone 4, the screen is crappy and oh man the battery sucks, it swithes off a lot and I get an crc err, this is one of the crappiest iPhones ever! I would like them to give me the mother board only, other than that [censor] this product

Hi, i see an add of Nokia N73 @ 99 Dhs on Omniyat page in facebook.So, i leave my contact number in comment box.I recieve call from omniyat after 30 mins, i talk with operator i ask her is the phone was brand new? And she answer me yes, she tell yes its brand new and made in Hungary so i confirned my order @ 110 including delivery charge.But when i recieve the phone oh god...its refurbished! Can u believe it? i dont like refurbished phones ...Than i try to call on the number given in invoice but, its not answerable...no one answer my call...i swear i tried 7 times. Omniyat u were not supposed to give wrong information to your customers. I want to return that phone and Bluetooth Headset as well which i order along with phone.I hope u people would help me out.The invoice number is 320419 and 320422. Please help me out..please

From date of delivered iam calling to your office but there is no update you please solve this issue as soon as possible

I did not actually buy anything from Omniyat website, because I wasn't able to make an order. Wanted to buy a lip gloss and when I made my order it seemed like it did go through, but later it was cancelled. Tried again and the same thing happened. In total I tried three times and then gave up, and gladly I wasn't charged.
Then I decided to contact Omniyat customer support to ask what was the problem with their site and their rep just did not care. He was like "So you can't make an order, well, there is nothing we can do about that". Well, they lost a potential customer and did not care. What a strange company.
