Playflex.net review: They took money for fake membership

I checked my account and noticed that the company www.playflex.net charged me for $20.00. I went to their website and found contact info. I called to their support centre and the rep informed me that it was fee for the membership. WTF? I haven’t subscribed for them. I tried to cancel this membership, but they asked for some code, which I didn’t know. Share this info and post comments about your experience with them.
