Private Internet Access review: VPN with dedicated IP

NOT Reliable DEDICATED IP Services

If you are looking for a professional dedicated / static IP VPN services stay away from PIA. We notified a few problems (our dedicated IP in Frankfurt not accessible) FOUR WEEKS ago and it is still pending. We have scrupulously followed all the technical indications that have been provided to us (updating the application, changing settings, changing protocols, etc) from different sites around the world and with different hw/sw configurations. We have opened more than FIVE trouble tickets for technical problems but nothing has changed, just a huge waste of time. In the meantime we had to sign a fixed IP VPN contract with another operator. The PIA website states that they cannot make refunds on Paypal due to "technical problems". It's a shame.
