I ordered 2 chickens two weeks in advance to be cut up into 8 sections each for my Christmas lunch. My order was to be ready at 12pm for me to collect. On arrival I was advised that my order would not be ready until atleast 2 pm. As our guests were arriving to have lunch by 12.30 I had no choice but to walk out empty handed. There were several people in the store complaining about the same - there were people who had been waiting in store since 10am. Consequently my family went without Christmas lunch. Do you find this acceptable business practice, especially on Christmas? Could you please respond to this email ASAP as I find this inexcusable.
