Prior to this past Saturday July 15th, I was a dedicated shopper's customer always excited for the optimum events. Past Saturday my only thoughts towards your stoee are use the 100+ points on my card, cancel the optimum card and cut my losses.
I called Saturday morning to check if they had a Samsung tab E lite 7" tablet (129.99). That said they did. I asked could they hold it for me? She said yes. This was the only shoppers within 15 km of me that said they had it in stock. I worked until 10:30pm. Once I arrived hone ready to leave it was 11. Since I was getting 20× points, the tablet I needed and some groceries if I got there soon, I skipped the 40 min ttc ride for a cab. $35 to get there. But I wasnted confirmation everything was ok so I called the store. A lady picked up sounding very irritated. I told her I was making sure my tablet was still there ready for pickup. She sighed as if annoyed & said "hang on"putting me on hold. For 9 minutes. Suddenly I heard ringing and she answered the phone "hello". I said I was still waiting on hold for the tablet anf it just started ringing. She said nothing slamming the phone down hanging up on me.
I called back twice and whem it canr time to speak ro someone it went straight to music payed on hold. I took a chance and left. When I arrived they said they had nothing for me but they had this tablet so I got groceroes and was at the desk at 11:50. They scammed the tablet at 199.99 and I said wrong one I need 129.99. They said rhey didn't have it and if I wanted 199.99 option. No. I was upset and left everything at the desk, took the store managers contact info and walked out.
I sat outside for a half hour and becausr I needed groceries went back in. Was checked out at 2:02 and the cashier was saying sorry bout earlier, etc (I exolained the sitiation to all of them) and he offered thr info that if I had gotten there before a suoervisor left, they could have got one before super left. I asked when they left? The answer was midnight. I pointed out I was at the cash by 11:50 and he told me the supervisor was counting something and they didn't want to bother him, earlier arrival would have been better for me.
I feel this shows no respect for me, my time or loyalty to SDM. I woukd appreciate rectification of this instead of ending shopping at SDM. I think being allowed to purchase the tablet and soend the rest of my 20× the points would be fair, as I should have been able to from the beginning. I'm open to suggestions if you think a loyal customer put through this deserves more.

SDM mails well written copy printed on slick shiny professional looking paper offering a business that brought checks in the mail for $8, 000, then another for $16, 000, all for mailing what he called Golden Envelopes for $54.98 plus a book of 20 first class postage stamps so he can "help other people".
