I bought a bag from RHEYYA, the runwayappeal.com store, in September. But, I ain't still got any deets about the delay or the shipping and tracking updates. I tried reaching out to them, again and again, but no response. Not even a dang peep!
And that five-star feedback? Yeah, don't even bother trusting them. I could maybe see a two or three-star rating, but any review that doesn't mention the big issue - that the items ain't being dispatched - must be fake.
Honestly, steer clear of this phony corporation that's out to scam you. It's a waste of time and money.

I was really hoping to have a positive experience with RHEYYA (runwayappeal.com) but sadly I have to say that I am quite disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a dress from their website about 20 days ago and even after messaging them multiple times, I have yet to receive any updates on my order. To make matters worse, there is no phone number to call which is definitely a red flag. I knew that I should have been more careful but I did my due diligence and waited the recommended 20 days for shipping. Unfortunately, I still haven't received anything and I have lost all hope at this point.
To make matters worse, the website has a strict no-return policy after 30 days which means that even if I end up hating the product, I won't be able to return it. It's a classic catch-22 situation and it just adds to my frustration. I ordered from the USA intentionally so that I wouldn't have to deal with international shipping but sadly that plan has backfired.

So I recently stumbled upon this website called RHEYYA, which is basically an online clothing store. I saw many cute items on FB and decided to order a few things. I purchased 2 dresses, a pair of sandals and 2 tops. The checkout process was smooth, but to my surprise, I was charged for all the items even though not all of them had shipped yet.
After a few weeks, I received the sandals which were okay, nothing too special. Then I received one dress and then the other, and while they were nice, the quality of the material used was just okay. One of the dresses even had a hole in the pocket, which was disappointing.
However, the real issue arose when I had not received the 2 tops yet that I had paid $100 for, with each top costing $50 each. I placed my order in March 2020, and to date, I have not received these tops, despite numerous attempts at reaching out to the company for updates.
I've sent at least a dozen emails asking for updates and whether the product was unavailable to at least give me a credit or the ability to exchange for something of similar value. The company did eventually respond twice, but it was just to apologize, and they promised that the items would be shipped soon. But unfortunately, their promises were just full of ship, and I still haven't received my tops.
At this point, I'm really frustrated and don't know what else to do. If you're thinking of ordering from here, I would definitely suggest you run away from this store and look for someplace else to get your fashion fix.
