I swear after spending all my savings at the Nelspruit branch store was the worst mistake I've made in 2019, on the 28th of August 2019 I purchased 3 bedroom suites, living suites and a table, first week of November I noticed that the 3 seater is not level the one side of the arm rest is higher than the the other and my daughter's Cotswold bed was dissembled I went to the branch on the 5th to report ref number RO-A-[protected]-2487 and on the 8th they came and couldn't fix the 3 seater so they took and promised to come and assemble the bed when the deliver the couch/sofa, the same sat they came without it and they didn't even have a toolbox I had to lent them my husband one, the assembled and it was ok, the guys told to follow up with the store regarding the sofa I gave them 2 weeks, before calling to check when am I getting it back, the guy that I spoke at the Nelspruit branch told me the salesperson will call me back, which did not happen, I then the complaint line on the 12th or 13th which I googled I was told they already sent a quote to the branch which I won't have to pay since the 3 seater is fairly new, and the trainee lady said she will put a note on the system that I need it ASAP, and they nelspruit branch will be in contact with, that did not happen, I called the store last week and the lady who answered the phone took my cellphone no and told me will call me back, Yes she called back and told me she cannot track anything on the system the sales lady. was off that day, I even asked does she leave with system information which I couldn't get the answer, fast forward I call the complaint Center today 25th only to hear that there is a quote that I must pay which will expire on the 27 and if not paid I will have to start afresh and log another call, the nelspruit branch was supposed to communicate this to me, agaaaain I called the branch to ask what is happening the lady "salesperson" promise to call me after 30min which did not happen I called after an hour she spoke to head office and she was told it's was Customer abuse we have to pay* I told her this is total nonsense within a period 2 we abused faulty product which she agreed does not make sense and she still can't find the quote on her system, I asked for the Manager who initially was reluctant to speak to me instructing this lady to tell there is nothing they can do if that's what head office is saying, I insisted to speak to him since I'm fed up with this bad service of which I do not owe them a cent After spending -+R80 000k at their store I might nothing to them but it's our hard earned money, and I want it back they must come and collect all the furniture we purchased and give our money I will pay the price the charge for delivery which I think was R500 and go look for better service somewhere else, Mind you the haven't started working on the couch, and Piet the Manager told me to give up until close of business today he will get back to me and I'm still waiting...today the 27th the manager Piet returned the call and told there is nothing he can do i must pay the R700 for the warehouse to fix it, he tried his level best to help but cannot override the warehouse decision, i am now trying to contact the warehouse and the contact person Lynette went to bathroom about 30 min ago and just phoned again she is not yet back [protected] we are really taken for a ride, factory faultspoor manufacturing are now customer abuse (within a period of 2 months)im so a nnnoyed for the run around that im doing the store got their commission and the company got their money, it all done and dusted, now i must now deal with the ware house
