SDM mails well written copy printed on slick shiny professional looking paper offering a business that brought checks in the mail for $8, 000, then another for $16, 000, all for mailing what he called Golden Envelopes for $54.98 plus a book of 20 first class postage stamps so he can "help other people". The copy does not specify that you cannot return only that if you prove it is not legitimate he will FedEx money back and $10, 000 in cash. I received very unprofessional photocopies of a program that involves having home parties inviting people mailing them gold envelopes who want to sell gold jewlery they no longer want.

He also offers 3 other "gold incentives" programs which are also photocopied and hard to read that are also in my opinion not worth the time and effort. When he sent the material he enclosed a form stating not to try to send it back for a refund. He did not state in his advertisement that you could not return it for a refund only that if you proved it was illegal he would give you a refund and $10, 000.

I believe this was misleading advertising. Sending the from about the non-refund with the material is corrupt as he should have stated same in the advertiseing up front. He has ignored my request for a refund even though I told him he could keep the amount I paid for the book of 20 first class postage stamps, that he plans to use to send his photocopied, unprofessional advertisement with its misleading return policy to others.

Please be aware of SDM and "Grandpa Mike's" mailings. It is not worth the money, the quality is nothing close to the slick mailing he initiailly sends, and if he was a honest entreprenuer he would change his copy to clearly specify no refunds are accepted under any circumstances. He also asks for cash or money orders (no checks accepted) which is also a clue that he does not want anyway for the buyer to stop payment after he/she receives the "junk" that he sends. Buyer Beware of SDM and Grandpa Mike.
