Order cold cut trio subs on the app. Store called to state due to shortages they had no cold cuts. Asked to have the order cancelled and was told they can't do it in store, I had to do myself in the app. Per FAQs orders can't be cancelled or modified online and have to be done in store. I tried calling the store back to advise them of this and they did not answer. Sent my husband in to store and the employee argued with him and talked in circles saying we have to cancel our order in the app and refused to listen when we said the website specifically states it cannot be done online. Within minutes of all this, I sent an email to Subway's PayPal billing escalations team, Subway's customer service through the website (as everything is now digitized) and left a nasty review on the survey I was sent. I even sent a dispute to PayPal directly for resolution. I received an email from customer service not even acknowledging my concern of not being refunded for food I did not receive. After several emails and providing my order number several times, I have yet to see any further response or my money refunded. My PayPal dispute is still on hold as even they are still waiting for a response from Subway
Desired outcome: I get my money back for food I never got
Did this ever get resolved? Facing a similar problem with subway however mine was out of bread. Still haven't received my money back yet.

Exact same thing happened to me. They are charging people without delivering the product. That’s illegal. I’ve emailed through their customer service site 3 times with zero response. There is no contact phone number for a reason. They are stealing from their customers.
