I have endorsed my service toyota hilux 2.4l 4x2 at - d5-004 / 2017 with conduction sticker wb-2018, purchase / delivered last july 04, 2017. (under warranty period) to toyota marikina for the following abnormal observation:
1. Losses 1 liter of coolant from reservoir for only short distance travel (8-10 km)
2. White smoke coming out from the muffler
3. Everyday travel from home to office need to refill coolant reservoir with 1 liter coolant.
Customer service complaint:
1. 54 days from endorsing for service has no positive progress yet.
2. I only received 3 updates since I endorse for service.
3. Not answering call for follow up
4. Problem has no action and feedback of diagnosis, first feedback when I visited and check status of problem answer was this is a first encounter that no concrete analysis.
5. Based on item 4, why up to this date considering this is toyota product that no concrete diagnosis and solution has been implemented for the period of 54 days.
6. Long overdue service, personnel on the customer service promised to process service unit while they are still conducting approriate action, timeline was 2 weeks, but until now no service unit issued.
7. This is a company car where we are using toyota as our preferred brand of service and our 4th service car unit and this is essential to our business, our daily activity was already greatly affected.
With above concern, we are hoping toyota will extend utmost customer care.
