Walgreens review: A gift card for everything apple

I aida rosado a customer for many years,went to purchase a 500.00 dollars gift card never bought one before so i got the apple gift car only one the had for that amount of money. When i try to use it it said invalid and it would'nt loud, i went back to the walgreens and explain what happen to tne manegar at the time and it e

was good i thought because she was the want that sold it to me she checked it and yes the money is there but it isnt working so i asked her so what are we going to do i need my money im retired i cant afford to lose money just like that.I ask so what do you think i should do she reply oh i dont know all i know is no refunds and we cant exchange it ok knowing full well the money is there this is the only advise you can give me? i ten called the apple when i explain what happen they i know exactly what happen and yes the money is there so you need to tell them they have to give you back your money or a different card of your liking.She said no sir we cant then she ask them to send an email to her so she wouldn't loose her money but they said they could send me to my email what they were going to do and that they sold the cardso they should give me the money.

The bottom line i got nothing treated like a child after so many years buying everything in walgreens you can question with any of the employees there please im am begging all of you i need my money please,i have the card the recipt so please help me i can't see too good that is why i needed to make the letters big thank you for listening to my complain thank you i should be wating for your reply aida rosado..
