360 Share Pro review: Download doesn't work 432

I've been using 360 Share Pro for at least 2 years and never had a problem... until today. I bought a new computer with Windows Vista about a month ago and was using the program with no problems. About a week ago my computer crashed and I had to return it to factory settings and re-install 360. It's no longer working. It has a little icon at the bottom telling me that a firewall is detected. I refuse to turn off my firewall! So I let 360 through... but it's still not working. Like I said; 2 years without any problems... why now? Also wondering why their website seems a little mysterious... shouldn't their FAQ section have a list of fixes associated with these kinds of problems? Maybe a phone number to get ahold of this apparent technical support? I'm annoyed... I kind of liked this program.

I have been having all kinds of trouble getting 360 share pro to start what can be done I start the program and after opening up it will not start the connection. You need to fix your program so people that have paid good money can use what they have paid for.

I also paid for the unlimited lifetime downloads----it worked for the first day----and have been unsable to access or download since---can anyone say class action?----who's gonna help the little guy here that has accumulated to be quite a number of unhappy customers? I don't see ONE person with a good experience to report---or even make me think this whole charade had some legitimacy to it? It is FRAUD which is illegal!

I bought 360 Share Pro and I can't seem to find how to change the skin. I cannot read any of the music because of the black and red. What do I do?

I have tried three times to download the free version of 360 share pro and every time it claims to be succesfully down loaded and appears to be one of my available programmes but when i click on the icon nothing happens! I've tried to contact 360 but as i am not registered i cannot it's a vicious circle how can i register if i can't get on!

I paid and dowloading your services abd I'm unable to use them what am I supppose to do about this?

I paid for a life time membership and had to buy a new computer recently. I can not get my password emailed to me. The last time I used Share 360 Pro my email address was (earthling571@aol.com) I need my password so I can change my information, i.e. new email address new credit card number. Please help me with this issue as I am not able to reach anyone telephonically.

Same as everyone else...Still can't get in and now can't even access their website. My tickets have been replied to in the past, but I keep getting the same response to uninstall, reinstall...looks like it's time for the attorney general.

How does signing up for lifetime service at 29.99, checking NO to EVERY additional service end up being charged 68.00 for services I declined. There way too many downloads, so I haven't even tried that yet. I want my refund, can't find a contact info and I haven't had 24 hrs! Wish I had checked here first.

yes i had 360 share for a couple of years the first year was great i got tons of music but then i went off line a few months and now that im back on line 360 shares so called lifetime membership wont connect it sits there for hours when its open saying that its connecting very disapointing

I have had 360 share pro for a year now i have bought the lifetime package but it wont let me download, and i have no way of getting in contact with this company.I would like to have my money refunded if the service I purchased in good faith is no longer available

i live in spain and i subscribe to 360, i have tried many times to burn music to a cd but no luck, it is a complete ripoff and iam very angry, they wont answer emails what can i do, they wont give me a refund, iam 82

i like many other have fallen for this scam, i paid and could not access anything it told me i was not recognized in the system. i couldnt get any help via online tech support as apparently my email was invalid. i searched and searched and found [protected] when i called i spoke to someone who was able to pull up my info no problem i told him what happened, he offered to give me tech support. i said no, i was not satisfied and there is a 7 day satisfaction guarantee i want my money back. he tried to talk me out of it but i persisted. i paid $34.88, he said he could refund all but $9.95 for admin fees. i told him that was unacceptable, but got nowhere with it. so at least i am getting the majority of my money back. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I cannot believe I was swayed into buying this crap, thinking "oh good, a music download site which has found a way to legally share music files... perhaps they purchase licenses. Hmmm... Now I realise the true extent of my stupidity.

I have Limewire PRO installed on my system already, and when I went to open '360 PRO' limewire opened. Strange...

So 5 minutes later I opened 360 PRO to receive a notification "This is Limewire. Verson X. And it looks exactly the ###ing same! If you are going to fraud people then at least do it right you ###ing numbskull ### for brains!

###! And I need to wait to get a refund because 'the order isn't processed entirely yet' Some hope I'll have to have with this one.

I am scared they have my details, that's how bad it is.

I have had 360 share basic for about a year, and it worked fine. Then about a month ago it started locking up after I started to download something, and I had to use my task manager to get it off my screen. Now it locks up everytime I try to use it. I tried to re-download the whole program, but now I can't even find it! I don't think it's even out there anymore.

Who do we contact when someone online is ripping us off? How about W5? I can contact them and the better business bureau and let them handle it. Everyone else should do the same.

I dont know but if you look at the home page of 360 share.you will see programs like.winmx, azureus, emule, imesh, limrwire, edonkey.
maybe that's why it's hard to connect, because it's all running at the same time and my cause problem with the connection. I remember i have download limeware and kazza i was having problem. now that i used one it work fine and i been using it for more than 3 years.

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... i forgot to mention the paperwork my bank got off the internet was dated july 10th 2008 REVISED. this was 2 mth. after i sent mine back. when i got my (FREE) sample.i couldnt get on their web site to cancel nor did they have a phone number... COLONSMARTCLEASNER IS A RIPOFF...

I go download a song when i go to burn it to a disk it burns half the song and jumps to the next song not letting the first song complete.

i also have 360 but mine worked for several months and now i can search for songs and they save in my library but i can't get them to download, at first i thought it was something i had done to screw it up, so i googled 360 and there are sure a lot of complaints so at least i know now that it wasn't me

First off, I had a hot date and hoped to take her back to my place..."you know, to have some milk and read the Bible".

I can't believe I tried to use this service but I didn't have time to clean up myself. I needed maid service so I thought I would try someone that I found online. Big mistake! Even their website is down now. It's now just a bunch of lewd advertisements.

I talked to them and they said they could come out the next day but it would cost me an extra $20 bucks. I guess I'm a sucker.

I left the door of my apartment unlocked so they could get in.

When I got back home, they had left a note on the door saying it was going to cost extra to clean my apartment. WTF! I already paid an extra $20 bucks for same day service. When I went in they had not even cleaned and you will NEVER believe what I found in the bathroom. You have got to look at the pictures. Prepare to be disgusted. Warning! Graphic! Not for youth.

I was really upset! I am on a tight budget anyway. I save most of my money my cigarettes (Benson & Hedges) and I like to eat out once in a while. That's about all the pleasure I get out of life. (well, except for an occasion date)
