slow service
My husband along with 10 other people have been waiting for food for 20 plus minutes. The staff was rude and did not seem to care that people were waiting. It is not cheap and my husband said the food isn't even fresh and hot. Absolutely ridiculous. Fast food. What the heck!? This chain has been awful for years. This store needs a manager who can run the establishment.

We thought that we would try your new sandwich. We have always loved Arbys. When we got home and opened the sandwich up there was maybe and I am being generous, a half a teaspoon of cheese and 3 quarters pieces of bacon. Really? We won't be ordering that sandwich again . Every other time we have ordered the beef and cheddar sandwiches, they actually had cheese on them. We are very disappointed.

went thru drive thru of Arby's #7571 in Rocky Mount, NC at 8:55pm. Ordered 4- 2 for $6 gyros and a mozzarella stix and an onion ring at $1.99 each. Was told that themanager said I had to order a regular priced item in order to get the onion rings for $1.99. I told her to tell her manager that the coupon did not state that. I was told to drive around. When I get to the window Verenae asks to see my coupon, therefore I assumed she was the manager. I then saw the manager behind her tell her I was right after seeing the coupon. She then came back to the window and asked if I could pull over so she could get the next person. I asked why I was pulling over and she said c ause they were short of help. I asked her didn't she need to get my payment first and she stated she didn't know I had not paid cause she didn 't take my order?. She then closes the window again and comes back and tells me that my total is $12 and some change. I tell her the total is not right and she says, "Yes it is right." Once again she closes the window and comes back and says $17.59. I sarcastically told her that I was sorry, hinting she owed me an apology because I was right. She did not get the hint. When I pull over, I see there are 4 more vehicles already pulled over. This store is known for being notoriously slow. When I look at my receipt I noticed that I was charged $2.49 for the onion rings, not the $1.99 stated on the coupon. I go inside and ask the manager if he can credit my card as I was ovbercharged. She then stated that the onion rings were not listed on the coupon for $1.99. I told her to go look at the coupon which she and the manager did. When they saw once again that I was right neither apologized. The manager just issued a refund. I then began to tell him everything that had happened and that this was the second time that this employee had challenged me and was wrong yet could not apologize. She then began mumbling and told one of her coworkers that she was so ready to go home, etc. She then began talking to the mgr. and he told herf to go in the back and calm down. When the mgr. Shamon Williams got my order ready he apologized for everything and gave me a We Make It Right coupon for a free meal. On top of Vernaes atitude problem, when I get home I see that the coupon he gave me expired on 2/28/2019. Because of the altercation the family dog ended up eating 2 of the gyros and my son the other 2 as I n o longer had an appetite. Get it together Arby's. I need you to make it right.

I come to arbys in Arlington Tx all the time store 5560 I was one of the faces they saw just about every day when the lobby was open but I come every once in a while but I'm thinking of never going back any more this young lady Brooklyn she is so rude and disrespectful I bought some food an it wasn't right I bring it back she was out side smoking on the parking lot then when she went in the building she was rude act like she didn't wont to talk to me yall need to fix her attitude are your going b to lose a lot of service
chicken salad sandwich
Recently purchased chicken salad sandwich at Arby's, Jefferson, GA, did not unwrap until arriving home. First, the lettuce was the size of 1/3 dollar bill, the chicken, pecans, etc, barely covered the bread. There didn't apprear to be any mayo, or dressing on the sandwich, making it exrremely dry. I was not impressed. Next time I'll go the Zaxby's.

I live in Charlotte nc and I have 2 arby's close by. But about every 2 weeks I go for a milkshake (which is delicious) and they tell me the machine is not working. This has happened at both locations. They have the attitude that they don't wont to mess with making milkshakes or don't wont to clean the machine. This happened one day this week and I went to wendy's for a shake. What is wrong with the machines that they break down so often. What would dairy queen do if their machines broke down? favoritism, harmful food handling (cross-contamination), dirty store
the store number is 5740 and I work here I want to be anonymous I am 16 and why I am complaining is because I have experienced some nasty things, number one is arent they supposed when they weigh meat out for a sandwich you put the meat in a tray so its safer an employee named Ty Roush had one not changed his gloves as he was supposed to and put ham and turkey slider meat on the same scale which I'm pretty sure is cross-contamination and no one caught the act except for me, i didn't tell my manager because she wouldn't of cared for it and they still got served as my position was in drive-thru that afternoon. This employee previously mentioned is risking the health of others over his carelessness and i personally think that he should be terminated of his job there. One more issue that bothers me about this store in particular is the act of favoritism i have asked to move up amongst my coworkers only to have those who my boss favors end up getting these jobs with minimal work ethic. This store needs to go under some serious changes before it can be anywhere near what it needs to be and it's absolutely unacceptable for this behaviour to continue!

I love ARBY'S. I usually go to the same one in North Miami Beach Store #00307. On Saturday, May 18, 2019 service is usually very professional but this day unbelievable. They lady who took the orders didn't seem too familiar with the menu, then when I reached the window she didn't know what I had ordered. I gave her the order again and as I was pulling away my Mother in Law ate one of the curly fries, it was terrible very old and mixed in with fresh one's. I went inside and got fresh ones with no problem but then checked my order again and was missing the gravy for the French dip. So I had to go back again! The staff are usually very good, I have never had a problem, but Saturday it seemed that there was a whole set of new people. I don't think they had been trained or at least not very well.

Went to arby's... And had to use the restroom before we ordered... There was only one customer in the restaurant... And they were eating... So I went into the restroom quickly... Sat down on the toilet... And when I went to wipe... I felt the wet... All over my butt... And I stood up and turned around... And looked at the toilet seat... And it was covered in urine... So with a butt full of pee... I had to go to the sink with my shorts around my ankles... And had to actually wash my butt! In a public restroom? So after I washed my butt several times... I asked for the manager... And she didn't even want to talk to me... Of course a group had come in while I was in the restroom... But when I had told her about the toilet... She didn't even care... And her attitude wasl like..."so what"... And I stated that it's unacceptable... This happened at about 1:00 in the afternoon on sunday the 5th of may... Any time it's not busy... Things like that should be checked and rectified... Now how disgusting is it to sit in a puddle of someone else's pee? Now come on... And I swear to god... If I get sick from this... this lady should never been put in the position of manager, she is very rude, she yells at co-workers and she does all of this in front of customers, I will never go into this establishment again. I have been in the restaurant and she has yelled at the co-workers and i have seen one girl trying to take orders for the drive thru with tears running down her face, and Jaclyn still on the other head set yelling at her. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and if i had ever done that i would of been fired. And i have talked to quite a few people in this area and they all agree with me, this being a small town you as a chain restaurant can find a new manager that is polite to customers and respect their co-workers.
car left in parking lot
I stopped in to get some food on Saturday and locked my keys in my car in the parking lot. I do not live in Deland but in town dog sitting for a friend so i was able to use her car until I could get someone reasonable to unlock my car. i went back to the location on Monday and spoke with the gentleman working the counter inside and told him that I would be back to get my car but it was not an emergency so I did not want to pay for emergency service but that I would be back to get my car and please do not have it towed. He said he would let the manager know. Today I went to meet a locksmith at the location and my car was gone. I went inside to find the same gentleman working behind the counter who says oh I know you and I said did they tow my car? He said I don't know but the Area Manager is here and she came out and said they just had the car towed. I don[t know if she asked anyone about the car but I did make sure to come back in and tell them I would be back to get it. Now my $55.00 unlock service is now going to cost me $55.00 plus $159.00 to Pratt's for the towing which should not have been done. The car was in a parking spot and not in the way or blocking anything. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. If I had not gone back to the location to tell them I would be back to get it I could understand but I did.

I was fired after i threw up twice and did not get manager approval to leave despite informing them that I could no longer legally be in the kitchen for the next 24 hours. I've witnessed multiple ill employees who had to throw up in the trash can on backline cold side and slicer and keep working despite introducing aerosolized vomit directly to the food area, because if they did not stay and violate the posted food safety laws in the back room, they would be fired.
One of the managers uses and deals crystal meth and I've personally seen him snort lines off the desk in back. I'm not the only one. I suspect the assistant managers and general manager know, but no action will be taken.
They also actively encourage managers to forge coworkers signatures. Training does not cover food safety and handling but they'll make you sign paperwork to cover their [censored] and won't tell you what it means. Only care about the bottom line and half the staff has had a serious life threatening mental breakdown from the pressure in the last 6 months alone.
I am eligible for rehire and will never go back, nor do i recommend anyone else work or eat here.
