Bryant Heating and Cooling review: Services on my HVAC System

I called Bryant Heating and Cooling for services because my HVAC system wasn't working. On the phone they said it would be an $80.00 service charge. I get that, time and money. When the repair guy gets there, he says it will be $443.00 for them to locate the problem. I said OKAY. Then when he found the problem, he told me it was going to be another $400.00 and some odd dollars to fix it. What needed replacing was my thermostat on the wall. I said no thanks. I paid the $523.00 and then went to Lowes bought a $50.00 thermostat and replaced it myself.

What a rip off, I could see me paying the $523.00 for services and fixing the problem and I would have paid that but, this was way too much money for what they didn't do.

Now the technician was great, and I had no problems with him, it was the entire billing system, you are way too expensive for what you are giving your customers. I will not be calling again.
