cfa meal
I was in the mall and decided I would stop by Chic-fil-A. I ordered food and was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The staff was not friendly like I'm normally accustomed to. The wait to for the food was extremely long about 15 minutes and the location was not busy. When I finally did receive my food it was over cooked. I've never had an issue with Chic-fil-A. But this experience was awful. I did not want to return the food because the wait time was already long.
chicken nuggets
I'm 15 weeks pregnant and was served raw chicken nuggets. I went through the drive through which the girl who took my order 5 cars back from the menu didn't have one on hand and after getting cold soggy fries and a sprite that had zero ice and no carbonation in it as if it was sitting there all morning I let it slide until I bit into this. I'm extremely disappointed as I could not eat my lunch and would like to know how this will be resolved.
the attitude of the general manager
Yesterday, my husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich from Chic-fil-a, the bread on the sandwich tasted stale, so he placed a call stating his dissatisfaction of the sandwich and was told to return and the sandwich would be replaced. Now today, he returns and repeat what was told to him about the replacement of his sandwich. He was told there was no record of the call. After speaking with the shift manager my husband began to call the corporate customer service line to file a complaint. It appeared the drive-thru line was beginning to back up and instead of the General Manger (Kevin O'Leary) coming to the window to descalate the situation, he instead esculated it, threatening to call law enforcement. I currently have stage 4 heart failure and me and my husband dine frequently at this particular Chic-fil-a. To be treated in the manner the general manager displayed, cause me to experience heart palpitations and I became light-headed, I felt it was mostly because of our race, we were treated that way. I have recording of the incident and I plan to share with social media, so people can see that hourly employees are not the only employees that need customer service and diversity training.
the fries, and attitude of the staff.
This is our local store so we go there once a week at least. I went to the store on 4/10/2019 and ordered via drive through around 6:10pm. I ordered 2 chicken strips meal for my family and I requested 3 unsalted large fries. When I received my order I gave one potato fries to my daughter and she said " dad it's very salty" that made me to look into the bag...
Read full review of Chick-fil-Aassociate-‘ kris’ at norristown
I have never had a problem at chik fil a before, I know they pride their associates with great customer service, however, the associate I encountered at Norristown's location on trooper Rd, ‘Kris' was beyond rude throughout my entire order and then rudely walked away from outside the counter after handing my my change. I said thank you, she did not respond. I got the spicy southwest salad (as I always do) and requested it with regular crispy nuggets (this was never an issue with anyone else I ordered from) however, Kris gave me an attitude and assumed I meant spicy crispy strips; I specified again what I wanted. She had an attitude. I am very disappointed with the service I received tonight. She also never asked if I wanted any sauce with my fries or nuggets that I also ordered separately.
Thank you,

A loyal, yet disappointed customer
hours of service
It's very disappointing to know that Chik-Fil-A stopped serving lunch items during breakfast hours it's not fair to people that work the night shift getting out of work and wanting lunch not everyone wants breakfast or has a 9-5 work schedule just keep things the way they are it seems even though you complain to the company website they don't care about what you think in all fairness a business needs to think about every one and be considerate of others
my family dinner
Hi, this evening I purchased 2 salads and a chicken meal. My family had an issues with the fries being very stale and the chicken did not taste good at all. We frequently visit Chik fila and hold it to a higher standard than most fast food places but we're very much disappointed with our $30 spent. Not sure if we will be visiting a Chik fila Store again.
food quality
Chick fil a is supposed to serve good quality food with a Christian mind.
Isn't it true?
Today I used the drive through to order the grilled chicken sandwich.
I was very hungry, so I grabbed the sandwich as soon as I picked it up to almost finish the sandwich before I realized the buns were completely burnt.
I stopped eating and took a picture of it.
I probably should stop trusting any food from Chick fil a and use a different restaurant.
I was completely devastated.
chick fil a
For some reason Employees have a recurring problem with the concept of extra pickles. This is an issue I have experienced regularly.
Today at the drive through I ordered 4 sandwiches "with extra pickles. Like a lot of pickles. Make it triple pickle."
Yet when I got home the first sandwich had a grand total of 2 pickles-a grave disappointment. This would imply an average ordinary pickle count of .66 pickles given my request for triple pickles.
This is a regular occurrence and somehow a deep "failure to communicate".
I love the product but the execution of custom orders is lacking.
Perhaps lots of pickles should be established as the baseline default, and those who don't recognize the true deliciousness rendered by a high pickle count could order "light pickle" or half pickle, but I have been repeatedly frustrated in by efforts in multiple visits to order and received appropriate levels of pickle to chicken ratio. This realignment if what is deemed standard pickle count would solve the problem for sure.
Sincerely

Today I visited Chick fil a in Maryville Tenn, which has always been a pleasant visit at anytime I have ever visit. Today the drive thru was busy as usual nothing different, because I visit at least 3 times a week. I ordered my food and wanted to use my calendar card. The lady was very pleasant in taking my order and satisfying me before I reached the drive thru window. When I got to the window the man who was in such a rush not to say Hi or good morning, evening anything. He lets me know I cannot use my card !and I'm only suppose to use it once a month!. To my surprise I have been using it more than once a month and it was ok. No one addressed the issue if they had I would have not continued. He proceeded to do a print out, and it clearly shows I have used my calendar card. He was rude (very) I decided not to be rude to him and take the higher road since I wont let some unhappy person at the window ruin my chick fila experience. My resolution for this is to be refunded for my $4.00, which what he should have done was told me that the card had already been used for the month and he would give me the frie and drink with the knowledge I now know. I am unable to scan my document at the time but here is my information Store#01235 trans seq no: 7004102 time 7:25 on 10/13/18 and and digital offer card is 9102
cold food
I went through the drive thru in Madison, MS and order a chicken nugget meal and when I got my order the nuggets were cold. I didn't notice until I was driving on the interstate to get a nugget. They were cold and tough. I'm very disappointed because this is the first time ever getting cold food from a Chick-fil-a. A waste of time and money. If I did not live too far from the restaurant I would have taken the meal back and ask for my money back.
product/service today 9/26/18
I go to eat breakfast at Chik Fil A a couple of times a week. I really enjoy the frosted sunrise that is made. I didn't know that it was a seasonal item until I went one day and I was told that they weren't being served at the time because they were seasonal. So I asked if I could pay for the orange juice and ice cream and they make me a sunrise. I was told yes, and for the past few visits around town I have been ordering my sunrise and egg white grilled sandwich for breakfast. That was until this morning when I went to the Chik Fil A on Wesley Chapel Rd. After waiting in line, asking about buying the Orange juice and ice cream to make my sunrise, the manager came out and told me that they weren't like the other Chik Fil A' s and that they couldn't make my sunrise. I explained that I got them regularly from other Chik Fil A 's and it was just a matter of me payinh for the two ingredients and them mixing it for me. She said that they would not do it. So I cancelled my entire order and left. I will tell all of my friends about this horrible experience, and will not go back to Chik Fil A again. Especially the one on Wesley Chapel Rd.
spicy chicken sandwich combo
Good morning,
First, let me start by saying Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant and I frequent them often. The last two times that I have gone there the food was no way near what I am accustom to. It was not fresh and I totally couldn't eat it. I ordered a spick chicken sandwich combo from store #02308 and my seq # is 8667635. I was so disappointed because I didn't have time to take it back since I was on my lunch break. The time before that I got a 4 piece chicken mini meal from the same store and the chicken seemed almost microwaved and the hash browns were too cold to eat. I'm sorry I had to send this complaint, however, I thought someone should know. I'm almost scared to order there again because I feel it will be a waste of my money and time. Thanks so much for letting me vent.
overcharged for a combo
I went to chick fil a on September 24th, ( Restaurant # 03315), in Newark Delaware near Christiana Hospital, and I ordered a breakfast combo. Which should come with drink, hash brown, and burrito. The cashier told me there is an additional charge of .30 cents for all fountain drinks and .60 cents for OJ. My issue is why sell a combo if everything is not included, this is deceiving customers. Since when the drink is not included within the combo, which franchise does this to their loyal customers. This is highway robbery. I think owner Luke Trader should change this policy.
service
As a Christian I am disappointed with the services I received on 9/13/18. I notified your staff in Hamilton, New Jersey (Meghan) about the poor quality of the Cobb Salad. Her reaction was far from sincere and evidently rude. Please note, I was not seeking compensation, I simply wanted to notify the staff about the salads poor quality, so that no other consumers would suffer the same poor experience. Once again, I am disappointed about the service because I do think very highly of your business as a whole. A simple heartfelt sorry would have been sufficient
"Oh, you said you were a CHRISTIAN? Well then, we are going to go in the back of Chick-Fil-A, and get our BEST, and most Magical Cobb salad, that we reserve just for the POF, (People of Faith)."
Jeez...how long have you PERFECT ALL WISE people been holding that venom in? lmao
Why do you feel compelled to post your religion? Do you feel it lends any kind of credence to your letter or that you deserve better treatment because of your religious affiliation?
the amount of time to get an order.
On August 4th 2018 I chose to eat my lunch at chik-fila.
385025 Ashley was my cashier The storeid is MCOFAO1. My check # was 2335.
I ordered my food at 6:03pm. At 6:10 pm the person behind the counter said whoever ordered the chicken nuggets its going to be another 3 minutes. As I had already been there for 7 minutes at this point. At this moment my break was already 15 minutes over. I did however at 6:20 pm ish recieve my food and my break at this point was pretty much over. The customer service at this Chik-fila is the worst I have ever seen..
These employees do not hold the standards of Chik-fila.
I as an employee am limited to the amount of time I have and the passengers were getting pretty upset also as there were lots of sandwhiches parked on the rack were the food comes out and it was talking more time than necessary.
The Customer service in this restaurant needs serious help.
I am not about a refund or whatever . My email is [protected]@yahoo.com you can if desired sent me an email for more personal information.
Thanks Mary Morse
management - spicy chicken that was not ordered for a 4 year old
On saturday may 26, 2018 we made a run to the windy hill road marietta, ga chick-fil-a. We ordered the 30 piece fried nuggets, a cobb salad with fried chicken and a garden & herb salad with broiled chicken. My kids (4 year-old grandson and my daughter) had the nuggets and salad with the fried chicken. Getting my grandson set with his nuggets, chips and juice I had not even sat down with my salad yet when I turned around because he was coughing and using his napkin, trying to wipe off his tongue. When I asked what's that about? He tried to speak, but his voice was raspy from coughing. I frantically started bombarding him with questions not knowing what could be wrong since he was so preoccupied with wiping off his tongue. Then he picked up, and drank his whole capri sun without stopping. Still no answer from my grandson, I could see he wasn't choking but his behavior was a bit scary. My daughter who was eating her salad on the patio while on the phone, suddenly came running into the kitchen shouting; "don't let him eat those nuggets; ma did you order spicy chicken?" I said no, "chick fil a doesn't have spicy chicken". From that point since we knew what my grandsons issue was I started trying to find ways to help him. His face was so red, his nose was running and what started out as tearing from the spicy ended up being crying tears. Ma daughter brought in her salad and said she couldn't eat it because it was too spicy for her as well and she's not a 4 year-old. Once we finally got my grandson calmed down; milk seemed to do the trick, he was still flush and his voice was very raspy.
Just angry at the whole incident, I called the chick fil a at windy hill, road marietta ga. I requested to speak to a manager when this female (whose name starts with "x") stated that she was a manager. My original intent was to inform them that they must have over seasoned the chicken, inform them of my 4 year old grandsons and daughters issue with the chicken and to let them know I was bringing it back for a refund. As it ended up; as soon as I told this manager that the chicken was spicy…before I could get to what my grandson had just, and was still experiencing, she (the manager) cut me off and asked "are you sure you have the correct location"? I said yes I do "you are next door to popeye's chicken." besides I have my receipt. Then she proceeds to tell me that I must be mistaken, because "we use two separate methods and two different…this and two different that. At the point where she started telling me I was mistaken everything else she said sounded like charlie browns teacher. When she finally finished telling me why I was supposedly mistaken; or that I had the wrong location and eventually I was lying, I just lost it."how are you going to tell me that my kids are not having an issue with this spicy chicken, I did not know chick fil a even had spicy chicken on the menu and in any case I did not order it". She continued telling me I was wrong. Then I requested to speak to another manager to basically complain about the chicken and her. At first she refused; telling me that if I was going to be disrespectful, she wasn't going to let me talk to anyone. I said"do not say another word to me get the other manager on the phone before I call corporate."she said sarcastically,"go ahead and call corporate, i'll even give you the number."then she put me on hold, when she comes back to the phone, she said that the other manager (whose name starts with"e") just told her to give me the number to corporate. She gave me the number; I called that evening and filed the complaint.
The following tuesday (5/29), another manager (whose name starts with"l") called me at about 8:30 in the morning. Not only was she condescending, but her attitude was that of someone who was just going through the motions, just to be able to say she followed up with me. Seemingly totally uninterested she said I am going to investigate this further. Yes; that's it, no questions or comments. Needless to say today is june 12, 2018, and I have not heard anything.
For at least 2 hours after my grandson started eating the chicken we struggled with trying to make him comfortable, even considering the emergency room if the symptoms worsened or any swelling occurred; as suggested by poison control. My family does not eat spicy foods, so needless to say we were at a loss for how to address any discomfort from spicy food for ourselves, never mind a 4 year old, so it was naturally upsetting.
My grandson, the once excitingly loyal chik fil a nugget lover has sworn them off forever. He says"chick fil a tricked me and it was bad". Usually tricking him with regard to food is mixing up vegetables in some of his other favorite foods or juices just to get him to eat vegetables, but as he says"chick fil a's trick was bad" and I told him that I agree. He has now opted for a less tasty version of chicken nugget, and even then it was a challenge to get him to try one.
Although this chik fil a location (windy hill road fsu store #00808) will definitely not feel the loss of his patronage; it is obvious that this locations so-called managment staff and its operator/franchisee feel that they have not only become too big to fail, but they have also become too big to apologize.
grilled chicken cool wrap
I received my cool wrap through drive thru and when I arrived at my destination and pulled out my meal, it was unbelievably small. About half the size that I usually receive it. I took a picture and would gladly send it to you for you to see for yourself. This is the first time I've ever received bad service at a Chick-fil-a location before.

poor service experience
Enos Ranch/Santa Maria, CA 93454 location (#03820);First time customer, drive up on the split two lane entry at 5:28pm and looking at the menu, no one comes over the speaker to take my order, so I pull forward thinking there is a speaker but waited in line after 4 or 5 vehicles ahead of me and thinking I order right at the window. Young girl at window realizes she did not have my order; I received my sunrise shake and ask for a straw, she thanks me for my order and hands me my food bag, and I dont notice that she did not give me my diet Dr. Pepper. The food made up for the fact that my drive thru experience was poor. Order#144027 taken at 5:36:49Camille from Santa [protected]@aol.com
unethical behavior amongst management/chick-fil-a south square durham, nc
I am a parent of an employee at the Chick-fil-A located on 4139 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Durham, NC 27707. For over the past year, I have read text messages and emails from management that were not respectful toward their staff. Recently, I had the displeasure of hearing a Team Lead question an employee on why they were unable to attend work-which is an unethical practice. The management staff, and specifically some Team Leads contradict the polices that are written out in the Company's handbook. I would just like to acknowledge that being a Christian based company should extend beyond just referring to yourselves as such. Being filled with Christ, means that one should exemplify this trait in their everyday interactions with not only customers but EMPLOYEES as well! No person should be made to fill inadequate or treated in an irresponsible or disrespectful manner. Christianity is not something that should be used to build clientele, but it should be used to UPLIFT others. I cannot condone a business that does not treat people with dignity. It is the employees that ensure that day to day operations are successful and lucrative. In a Christian Based Company, no employee should dread going to work, not because of the public that they will encounter, but because of the management staff that awaits them. Saying you're "Christian, " but not living and walking as one is simply hypocrisy. I hope that this location will work on building their employees morale more effectively, that they will provide cultural sensitivity classes, or maybe they can all attend bible school together. At any rate, until they are more sensitive to the needs of their staff, they will not flourish, and they're turnover rate will continue to be higher than the other locations that we have in the area. I pray that they will see the value in ALL people, and not just "paying customers."
