Consumer Cellular review: Ordered phone and phone plan

Today marks the 3rd day I ordered a phone and phone plan and was told I would have my phone in 3 to 5 days the debited my debit card $94 dollars and I haven't gotten a tracking number for the phone so yesterday there was a message to call the billing department which I did they said there was no problem and I should receive a tracking number by the evening which hasn't happened so I called this morning and the guy said my order was being reviewed and hasn't been approved which was opposite of what I was told yesterday which was that tgey would be shippinf the phone last night. Once again they debited my account $94 dollars so I still have no phone and don't know what's going on when I called he said it was under review and that they had thousands of orders to fulfill so I guess the 3 to 5 days isn't happening even though they charged me $12 extra for it so yesterday I was told it would ship last night and no problem with my order today I'm told it's under review huh so am I getting it or not and if not then put the money back so I can go to a different phone company
