Food poisoning
My name is Miss.Lucienne.Davies, my partner and i love pizza and we can only treat ourselves once a month(we have 5 children) we usually have Pizza Hut but we decided to have a change and give Dominos a try.I phoned and ordered, and the pizza's were delivered very quickly. the food tasted fine-we had no complaints. We had 1x texas bbq (containing chicken..)with sweetcorn instead of onions, 1x chicken feast and 1 x garlic bread. we were both woken with terrible stomach cramps-myself at 4.20 AM and my partner just after 5 AM. The time as i am writing this is 14.00 and we are both still suffering. We have had severe diarrea, stomach cramps and pains, we both have pounding heads and my partner was vomiting this morning. The only other thing we ate yesterday was a cheese sandwich for myself and ham sandwich for my partner-these would not give us both this awful illness. The other extremely annoying thing is that we have 5 young children, the oldest 2 walked to school with a neighbour but the other 3 children(whose school is further) had to miss going to school as neither of us were ABLE to leave the house to take them in.Because of this, the children will get a black mark for their attendance, which reflects very badly on us. I have spoken to an employee called Adam at the Hoddesdon branch which we used at 11.00 am, after trying to get through since 9.am. He gave the name and number of the area manager whom i have called and left messages for several times today. He has not yet called me back. We both feel this is absoloutly outrageous how they can poison people like this and get away with it. We still have some of each pizza left, so would like to know if it should be sent off for analyzing? We do not want to be refunded with vouchers for the store as we will never eat with Dominos again-however we would like to be refunded in full and some kind of recognition/compensation for our illnesses-myself not being able to visit my family today, my partner for having to miss giving piano lessons, and our children fo having to miss school.

vulger and rude service from store and district management
(cut directly from my Better Business Bureau complaint)
Attention: Better Business Bureau,
On June 25th, I placed an online order on domino's website. The order was suppose to be delivered from the store located at 1056 Alamance Church Road in Greensboro, NC. Around 20 minutes later I get a call that came through on my caller ID as “Spring Garden”. I answered and it was an older sounding man, who also sounded as if he was high on drugs and confused. He wanted me to verify my address so that he can head my way. I immediately stopped him and asked what for and where he was calling from. He told me he was calling from Domino’s. I thought that this was odd because my address was entered into the website correctly and his caller ID only said, “Spring Garden” instead of Domino’s. I told him he could go ahead with the address verification, but he couldn’t because he didn’t have my address. I thought this was odd because he had no way to validate what I was going to give to him. At this point, I was sure that I was dealing with some sort of a fraud issue. I then asked him if I could speak to the store manager. He placed me on hold and a young sounding woman got on the phone and said she wasn’t the store manager, but was the manager on duty. I then asked her to verify my address. She wanted to know what number I called from so that she could look it up. I told her that I didn’t call her, a guy called me. She removed the phone from her mouth and shouted out loud, “who was talking to this ###ing man”. She got back on the phone and I interrupted her by telling her that if this really is Domino's cancel my order and refund my money because I am now afraid that they will do something nasty to my food. She told me she couldn’t do that. I told her that I would not take their food because it is a fact to the general public’s knowledge that there has been at least one domino's in North Carolina that has done some vile things to customer’s orders. She then told me that those incidents didn’t happen at her store. She then proceeded to hang up on me.
I then called another Domino’s across town and asked for the District Managers phone number over the store I was having the issue with. He gave me the number [protected] and the name of the District Supervisor, which was Mike Scallion. I immediately called the office and left him a message with my full contact information. My wife then tracked our order on Domino’s web page and it moved from stage 3 “bake” to stage 5 “picked up by customer”. Our order # was xxxxxx and the total that was not refunded was $19.38. This is a lie because we never left the house. Honestly, we ordered our dinner from another pizza place that gave us great service. I ask that Dominos review their video tapes to prove that I wasn’t there. I went the evening with no phone call. The next day I called again and left a voicemail for Mr. Scallion. I then went the weekend with out a returned message, refund, or an apology. Then Monday came around and I called the office and his secretary that answered the phone said he was due in the building in 45 minutes to an hour from then. She took my name, number, and a brief description of my problem. I asked who his boss was and she said that it was a Mr. Brad Walker and he was unavailable to take my call also. It is now July 1, 2009 and I have still not received an apology, refund, or call back from the Domino’s Management of the Greater Greensboro, NC area. I would be more than happy to provide my phone call records as proof of my calls.
I would like the company to refund my order that I placed over the internet. I would also like Mr. Brad Walker to explain to me why I or any other consumer should continue to do business with his company when his employees are treating customer in such a manner as described above and his own upper manager is not returning phone calls to poorly treated customers.

They were caught putting buggers in pizza's - what could be worse than that *Brenda*/Stealth Pilot?
If I were the CEO of Domino's I would FIRE any employee caught doing anything to anyones pizza. I would be going to each Domino store in every state and FIRE the entire staff if need be. Last time I had Domino's it was better then before. Sounds like that store is poorly managed.
We (Domino's) apologize. Sorry this happened, now buy your pizzas somewhere else please.
did the delivery men have to touch the pizza?
Just recently, my family decided to get a pizza at this Domino's location. We ordered here once before, and did not do so for a while, because of the same reason we had a problem with this time also.
The pizza was made, it was all set, and than all the sudden, some delivery people came in after being outside, talking on the phone, driving their vehicles, and did not wash their hands. One of the delivery men opened the box of pizza and cut it, putting his unclean hands all over the pizza. Than he shut the box. The other delivery guy than randomly opened the box, and put his finger on the pizza, for no reason?! It was so odd. Why would they have delivery people come in from outside, not wash their hands, and come in and handle the food?

Driving from SC to OH with crappy glasses has permanently damaged your vision and destroyed your quality of life? Please say you're trolling.
From what you're mentioning, if that is true then call the store. How do you know that the delivery guy was touching your pizza?
It goes from the dough area to the makeline then the oven to the cut table and boxed up.
salary
Hello,
My name is md chowdhury. I was a team member for that store and our store manager was ali. He is a man from same country, from I came. After he haired me he never pay my salary on time. For that reason I left from my job but he still didn't pay my whole salary moreover when I call or I go to store he use lot of slung word with me. Last I call to the store on 05-03-09 at around 3.30 but he told me if I call agian for my salary it will be so bad for me, i'am a mother #er and he alrady pay me.
At this point I don't no what to do. And what I could do. I have three childreen my wife. So I need my money. My question to dominos why they hire that kind of manager for a store who don't have any maner and respect for employe. We do work for domions not for mr ali.
My request, pls do some thing for me.

worst pizzaa we have ever eaten
Last night, my wife and I decided to calll out for a pizza after having a hetic day. We calld out local Domino's as we had done several times before and ordered a Large Pepper and Onion Pizza. The girl who took the order over the phone was very courteous and pleasant and the pizza was delivered within 30 minutes as promised.
However when we started eating the pizza we found that it was worst pizza I had ever eaten. The crust was soggy, the sauce was tastless and there were hardly any toppings on it at all. The pepper and onions were sliced so paper thin, you could hardly see them.
We had ordered pizza from Domino's many times before, but this will be the last time.
I called the store I had ordered it from to file a complaint and was connected with the manager. When I advised him of my complaint and told him that I would not be ordering from Domino's again, he seemed shocked that I would not order again because of one bad experience. I asked him why I would waste my money on another order and he offered to have the pizza that was delivered picked up and deliver a new one delivered. I declined however. He told me that I could order from the local mom and pop pizza place or Pizza Hut and get their substandard pizze then.
I have ordered the same pizza from Pizza Hut in the past and I'll tell you, their pizza is far better in my opinion.

Same with you Louis, billy.
Irish is not as smart as you two think. She failed a grade she is a year older than the rest of us.
Her parents are mixed. She is from Ireland so she is as white as she is black.
Also she does not wear all the cool clothing. She has no friends. She is in the ### class

When you see a delivery charge on your delivery order from Dominos Pizza, it does NOT mean the driver is getting that fee! In this area the driver is getting about .85c of the $1.75 or whatever it is right now. Also, please know that delivery drivers are not getting paid minimum wage in this area. For anyone that has a moral feeling about how employees are compensated, I would recommend that anyone getting anything delivered from Dominos
contact their local store and inquire about how much the driver gets of the fee and if they are paid minimum wage.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
As for Wilmington's comments I do doubt it could be so dire? And, do we really expect a Domino's or Pizza Hut to pay its drivers more than minimum wage? This is no place to whine about what has always been the case. However, I can say that the Dominos I recently worked for charges a standard $2.00 delivery fee for every delivery--and none of it goes to their drivers. As it is and was before Domino's charged anything for delivery, a $0.75 to $0.85 fuel credit was the company doing its part. A credit, I might add, that has barely increased over a 15 year period that has seen A LITTLE BIT of a hike in gas prices. Anyway, the point is not whether Domino's customers were made aware of any charge, or if delivery drivers are paid enough--No! Rather, what people should know is that the world's largest pizza delivery franchise has adopted a dishonest pricing and charging policy that shamelessly seeks to improve its profitability at the expense of its employees ! The fact is, times are hard for everyone and a pizza driver can't live on todays tips as they might have 15 or 20 years ago. Thankfully, someone at Domino's saw this went for the jugular. And so it is, Domino's will be paid a tribute for every delivery its "delivery experts" are allowed to bring, and delivering pizzas will no longer be a good short term job for the somebodys fighting it out in this rat race--but for the [censor] and the goon.
wow thats some ego. im a driver as well and if you notice they print that on the box now. tips are somehting you should be gratefull for not just expect
The Domino's that I work at only pays us 6.00 an hour and they do the same about the delivery charge. All this while sending us into the most dangerous projects and neighborhoods in the area. We have drivers robbed on a constant rotation it seems like and get absolutely NO help from local law enforcement in these areas.

they messed up big time
i ordered pizza about 2-3 weeks it cost me around 40.00 dollars for my order when i received it it was messed up so i called them back & they said they were going to credit my account for my next order. tonight april12, 2009 when i called to receive my pizzas they said the number i was claiming to have called from was not in there computers & the phone...
Read full review of Domino's Pizzawrong order internet ordering system
I ordered a pizza online, ordering went ok and have done this many times before.
After it said on my screen "leaving store" I gave it an hour and rang them, they never got my order!. Well im a it guru and I can confirm they did get it!.
So I ordered online again. This time I ordered the same as I had before and little over 30 mins later my "ordering screen" stated "order cancelled" what?!?!? Well then I rang again and they claimed I had not ordered again, eh?
So just as I was about to make another order thay rang back and said "it's on it's way"
Well it was nearly 2-3hrs after the first order and about 4 phone calls later but I thought it'd be ok.
Well when the pizza arrived I paid full price (They had stuffed up again) when I got to taste one piece it was stone cold. Yep not only was it cold they had "forgot" to bring half my order and it had apparently "sat" in a car for the 2hrs. The bottom of the box was all greasy like it had been sitting for a while.
So I heated it up in the oven, and guess what. The wrong sauce on the base and the wrong topping!
My partners pizza was almost "blank" hardly any topping. And cold as well.
I emailed their office and now nearly a week later and multipule emails they have not replied.
Stay away from them

overcharged
I received a mailed coupon from these jokers advising me they would deliver one free medium pizza, with one topping, at no cost to me. Emphasis on NO COST. One Saturday afternoon, my kid was whining for food and I told him he could have the coupon and order his pizza. They informed me there would be a delivery charge of $1.64. I told them this was not stated on the coupon, that it was absolutely free. They didn't care. So I sent my kid to the car to get the sticky and dirty change from under the ashtray to make the precious $1.64. I understand they're hoping you will take them up on the offer and order your free pizza ALONG WITH another $30 worth of food. Tough. All I was taking from them was what was free, mainly because if I want Pizza, I order real Pizza from Papa John's or a local pizza shop.
Sometimes the kid and his friends will order from Domino's and I know that when you place a normal order from them there is no delivery fee (there's no tip either from me, ever). The driver knew the pay risks of the job when (s)he took it. That driver does nothing above and beyond what any other driver does to warrant a tip.
This delivery fee came up simply because they were mad that I took them up on the offer for a free pizza without ordering more of their crap. So the pizza came and I made my kid go to the door. When the door opened, I heard my kid drop the change all over my hardwood floor. He took the pizza, placed it on the table and started picking up the change, handing it to her as he went. I was about to die laughing and was afraid she would hear me. She finally said that was okay and she left.
I went to pick up the change from the floor she didn't wait on, and it amounted to $.96. I'm glad he mostly went after the pennies and nickels first, all she got to walk out with was $.68. I couldn't have planned that one better myself.
I guess that $1.64 wasn't worth it to her if she had to jump through a hoop to get it. She would've got the rest of it if she would've waited, it's not his fault he couldn't hold a big handful of change and open a doorknob and a couple of deadbolts (teenagers are clumsy).
They ripped me off big time. They should've said carryout only or some such other nonsense on that coupon if they were worried about a delivery charge. Or minimum order required. They had their chance to get out of bringing an absolutely free pizza to me, but I guess that coupon would've wound up in the trash with the rest of them if they could've resisted promising me something for free.

you my sad friend are a cheap ###.. this delivery person has NOTHING to do with whatever coupons or offers that dominoes corporate office decides to offer, , im certain that this person would much rather be doing something else but is delivering pizza out of NECCESSITY ... i can only hope that purina never puts a coupon for free puppy food that you decide to use, , , because im sure you would kick the puppy for their arrogance, , , 1.64? really... what an ###
What a sad, pathetic person. Here in Anchorage we have a lot of petty, worthless people like that. There is always a delivery charge, get used to it and grow up.
You are a [censor]. If you weren't too lazy to drive somewhere a few miles away, you would have paid nothing. I hope your child cannot do anything more than be a delivery person when he is old enough to be beyond college. If your child gained your intelligence, then it's guaranteed that your child is not going to be in college. So, that horrible high school education that your child is going to receive, ot at the fault of the teacher, but at your fault due to the lack of comprehension your child is going to go through, will end up meaning that he is going to get a job as a delivery person. I really do hope that your child only runs across people like you, too.
Ummm. I work at a Dominos Pizza, and There is always a delivery charge, which infact is not considered to be a tip, and the driver doesn't see a dime of that. If your gonna have someone bring you your food, you should have the decentcy to give something. even if its 50 cents.. ANWAYS, 1.64? seriously, the place i work at the delivery charge is 2.25. just because you have a free coupon doesnt mean you get it brought to you free, if it was carryout thats a different story, you would of paid nothing.
You should be embarrased to be so cheap lol
No doubt what a [censor] lmao... your whining about 1.68 wow.
HOW CAN YOU SAY YOUR CHILD WAS WHINING FOR FOOD. MORE A LESS YOU ARE A BAD TIPPER, NO PROBLEM BUT YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO BE GIVEN TO A PERSON WHO WILL RISE IT NOT COLLET MONEY FROM THE GOVERMENT AND SIT HOME DOING NOTHING BRADFORD
I can't believe that you thought that this was an acceptable way to treat another human being. It should be the delivery person complaining about you are your unbelievable rudeness. This is totally unacceptable.
You are a rude and arrogant person. If you knew anything you would know that this had nothing to do with the driver. It is a company thing and you should have called somebody higher up. When people work for tips they do not make minimum wadge, they make much, much less. If you do not tip them then they are essentially paying for you to eat your meal because they are taxed on your food. Although the coupon was misleading you were rude, and I would not deliver to you. There is in fact a delivery fee because the gas prices are so expensive. You were very wrong in giving the person not the whole delivery fee because not only were they taxed on YOUR meal but they had to pay whatever money your child dropped. Instead of making some poor delivery worker, probably trying to put themselves through school, you should have instead spoken with the manager who was actually the cause of what went wrong with that order. Shame on you for thinking you were right in this situation. I hope the driver spat on your pizza.
scorched cheese
point blank i paid $ 23.00 for two large pizzas that were delieverd the whole top of the peperoni was so severly scorched that my small chidren would not eat it, and bless their hearts they tried but just could'nt stomach it.So i called back and explained to the manager what the problem was, so after the little debate that"he himself took it out, and that it wasn't burnt, i wasnt taking no for an answer so he agreed to send another one out. When the delievery guy finally got the pizza here i had him to open the lid and low and behold it was also schorched.I sent them both back i also informed the delievery guy that the manager needed to call me and make it right for the money lost, because unfortunantly it was a card transaction.Well no one ever called, and i really dont feel like arguing with mule headed manager's. "POINT BLANK PEOPLE SHOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH LAME EXCUSES, BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ENOUGH TO GET IT RIGHT!

nightmarish experience
My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza with sausage and it was delivered 20 min later but when we opened the box we saw it had pineapple which I hate. I called and complained and the manager (sounded 12) said I must have ordered pineapple. As I said to her, Why would I order something I don't like? She then told me the order-taker never makes mistakes, again implying I was wrong. She had a horrible attitude and didn't care about this at all! She said she'd remake the pizza (said this with attitude) and then hung up on me. My boyfriend and I decided to drive over there (only 5 min drive) and marched in and asked to see the manager. (Again, she looked way too young to be a manager) She apologized profusely and denied being rude to me and denied insisting that I had ordered pineapple...we told her to credit the debit card and cancel the order. She said the pizza had already been dsent out for delivery. As soon as we left, our neighbor called my cell and said there was a Domino's pizza guy sitting on our door step. We were stopping to pick something else up for dinner and said just to tell him to go away. We found out the next day that he was pissed and peeled up the road in his loud truck. I think Dominos (at least this one) is a joke...bunch of tools.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i too stopped ordering from Dominos -- they charge almost $20 for a pizza and they put the most skimpy dusting of cheese ever on it.. i know pizza is expensive as you are paying for the convenience as well, but still, you want to at least feel like you are getting your moneys worth and enjoy the taste what you are receiving.
Don't you ever consider eating Domino's again. They sell more sandwiches than pizza now because their pizza sucks. The dough is frozen and the toppings too. canned and from a frozen bag. Even if the pizza is free, walk away. Please do me the favor...Thanks
bad driver
On March 21, 2009 at approximately 3:20pm (maybe a little later) I was coming over the Glendon Bridge in Easton Pa, just on the boader of Wilson, when I witnessed what could have ended up being a 4 car accident but thakfully did not.
It seems as though one of your delivery drivers felt the need to dangerously pass the car in front of him kicking up gravel and dust from the road. May I mention this road is not straight it does twist. This occured at a point in the road where it merges into one lane.
The driver continued to go North and the car in front of me, along with myself continued in the same direction. While driving, we all ended up in the same place, the parking lot of Dominos and Blockbuster Video on William Penn Hwy, Easton, PA.
I was furious. I actually went out of my way to follow this driver so I could make the manager of the store aware of the situation I witnessed.
The car that got cut off, well that driver went into the video store. I on the other hand got out of my car, asked the driver of the care that cut everyone off if the manager was in the store, He did not answer, I asked again, He did not answer. A girl got out of a Jeep, I asked her if there was a manager on duty, she said no, can I help you? I said " yeah, this guy alomost caused a 4 car accident because he had to cut someone off on the road leading from Glendon to Easton, for some reason he needed to get here really quick. I have 2 kids in my car and this guy could have caused a major crash." He, the driver, abrubtly said "I did'nt cut anyone off." He walked away after yelling in my face while I stated "yes you did."
The girl told me there was not a Manager on duty, I find that hard to believe on a Sunday, mid-afternnon, ther is not a manager. she stated she was the shift runner. what ever that is, I stated the concern of the situation again and and let her know that I did not appreciate the smirk on her face. Then 2 females got out of her car, they were not in Dominos attire, and she told me I could call the manager at 4:30 or call another number. I stated I would call. I also made it known that the driver was way out of control and questioned why he drove erratically and was the purpose to get pepperoni to the store? You have got to be kidding me!
I decided to get in touch with corporate because nothing would end up getting done at the store. Hopefully you will get in touch and do something about this. If this occurance would have ended up damaging, God only knows what the consequences would have been. These drivers need to obey the traffic laws and look out for the other people on the road. When I saw that driver get out of that car with 3 clear bags of topping for pizza, I was furiuous.
That much of a rush to get topping to the store, you have got to be kidding.
The driver was a male, heavy, drove a burgandy Stanza with the license plate number HFG-1903.
Like I said this was from the Wm. Penn Hwy store in Easton, PA next to Blockbuster.
Thank you for your time
Mrs. Barone
Easton resident.

you're not too bright if you have a confrontation with a crazy driver when you have your children with you freakin [censor]
boohoo. judging by your reaction and how you tell the story i'm going to assume you are an idiot, have nothing to do, and drive too slow. even if you get this guy fired he will still be driving a car so what are you trying to do? quit wasting other peoples time and for the sake of your kids learn how to drive before you get them killed ###
discriminate
We were the first person in the store to place an order, but didn't get our order done until everyone elses gets theirs, even though they'd placed in their orders ways behind us, we were the last to recieved our pizzas & not only when it were done we had to ask them if it was ready or not or how long left to go! A few weeks laters I was on my way home, I dropped by the same store to place an order & yet again being first to place an order before any other customers turned up, I watched people walked away with their orders & asked why hasn't mine pizza ready yet & one of the employees turned around & said "maybe other people were here first" in a calmy manner I'd told them I'd placed my order way before the rest of them so why are they ended up get their orders done before me & this isn't the first that had happened, the employee just looked @ me & shrugged while the other employees just looked @ each other & laughed as though it was deliberate, I was so pissed off & left the store without having to wait any more longer since it's already been forty minutes! I believe this store discrimate because I'm asian, it's so obvious... I mean talk bout being equal & all & this is what I get?! This STORE without a doubt is the WORST store that I've ever been to, CUSTOMER SERVICE is surely NEED to be looked at. I'll never go back here again & will sure tell/let people knows about it that Domino's Pizza @ Shop 4 169-179 Meadows Road, Mount Pritchard really is SUCKS. Only thing I feel sorry is for the person who HIRED these EMPLOYEES
Employees with that kind of attitude will send their BOSS broke!

Yeah, the place is full of sub standard loser types. I agree with you, but I don't think they discriminated because you were Asian, I think they are just a bunch of dumb tools who can't help but mess things up.
Once someone from that Dominos Mt Pritchard store delivered pizza to my house and he was such a rude and stupid ###. I was going to give him a $10 tip but I didn't..he was lucky to leave without getting his face smashed in.
can I order a pizza some time tonight?
I was ringing to order a pizza, somebody answers, I can hear the words "hang on" (talking to someone else) and I'm hung up on. I then ring up asking if it's common practice there to hang up on customers and get hung up on a second time. LOL. What **** service. Go to hell you ****er. The sad thing is, I still want pizza... it's hard to boycott a place just cause of one employee. I hope he gets fired. Seriously.

I ordered a pizza three weeks ago from Domino's Balcatta store in Perth, WA. While I was ordering it by phone, the man told me that i could not pay by credit card as their system was down. I said I didn't have cash so wanted to cancel the order. 1 1/2 hours later at 11pm at night while my lights were off and I was in bed someone banged on the door and it was someone with pizza's. I told him it was canceled and he made a apology and left. I contacted them last night to order some pizza's when i had friends over and they stated that I had to come down to the store and pre-paid as i had been black listed due to the above incident. This is the worst and most unprofessional service i have EVER got . I will NEVER be going back to DOMINOS!
driver complaint
Tonight at 7pm, I was driving south on Unser Blvd from Ouray to 98th Street. I noticed a white vehicle behind me that was very close to my vehicle (about 1 car lenght). I was driving the 45 mph speed limit in the left lane (I was turning left soon). I turned east on 98th Street to go to the Walgreens The car had a Dominos Pizza logo on top of the car. I followed the car to the take out location at that intersection and saw the white Mazda pull up to the curb in front of the Dominos and the driver went inside.
I went inside and asked for the manager. The guy at the register said, "I guess that's him, " pointing to a guy that was about 17 years old. The guy asked if he could help and I asked if he was the manager. He said, "Yeah, kinda." I told him that the white mazda sedan outside had been tailgating me and I didn't appreciate it. He said, "OK, I guess I'll say something to him."
I left and walked to my car. Before I could arrive at my car parked about 10 yards away, the driver came outside and confronted me in an aggressive and angry manner. He accused me of lying. I told him that I was a state police officer and have been in law enforcement for 27 years and that I knew tailgating when I saw it and that it is dangerous and I didn't appreciate it. Still in a confrontational stance and angry voice, he said I was a liar. I turned and walked away to prevent further confrontation.

I ordered a medium pizza with cheese, black olives, and mushrooms, and 2 chicken parm sandwiches for superbowl. When they arrived I paid $29.00 plus a tip for the driver. I opened the box's that the sandwiches came in and there were 4 little cubes of chicken on each sandwich, some sauce and some cheese. The sandwich was all bread with hardly no filling whatsoever. The Pizza had tiny bits of mushrooms and black olives. Basically it had nothing on it. I called about it, and was blown off by them. They said, "sorry, there's nothing I can do, all ingredients are pre-measured...click." So, in essence, I paid 30 dollars for crap. This is not the first time they have done this. I thought the store would change when someone else began to run it, but no, its still the same crap. Bottom line, I've had enough. I'm tired of being ripped off by this store. Times are hard for everyone, money is tight. Dominos is stealing from their customers.
If I don't recieve satisfaction in this matter, I guarentee you Corporate will get a phone call from me, and if that doesn't work, I'm going straight to the newspapers about this, and then I'm going to fox news, make no mistake about it, and I have no intention of waiting a week or two to hear from someone. I have taken pictures of the sandwich's deliverd to me, and I have compared them to the sandwiches on your advertising. Obviously your advertising is false, and there are laws in this country about that. I demand to hear from someone about this matter or the gloves are coming off.

I tried one of the new oven baked sandwiches from dominos and it sucked. It was nothing like the commercial shows or the flyer I got on my door. There was barely any meat on either of the sandwiches we got. Seriously, you couldn't see the meat when the sandwich was closed and the bread was horribly hard and dry. It is totally false advertising!!!
Read full review of Domino's Pizzadelivery time
It was my first time ordering online. I thought I wouldn't have to wait long. I rang the store to see what was happening with the pizza's. He said, "Oh, it'll take 45mins -1 hour to be delivered or he would refund all my money. The cheeky buggers delivered the pizza a couple of seconds before the 1 hour was up. I was timing. How could this be fair. I had 5 hungry children waiting for dinner and the time is now 9.50pm. Eating dinner and it's nearly freaking 10pm. I want a refund and for future reference I don't think I'll be ordering online from Dominos again. They are a horrible company, they're slack, their drivers are weird, they give me the creeps. I'm talking about the Logan Central store only not other stores. I haven't dealt with other stores so cannot comment on them. I hope this finds someone who can deal with this issue and the workers at the store. Another tip, check their hygiene and the floor full of food on it. Yuck! I work in the food industry so I know about cleanliness and I know how to wash my hands when touching raw and cooked food. Their food practices are off. I am just so angry at them tonight. Maybe because I'm pregnant and was hungry like my children.

tow happy
When my son gets his hair straightened, I often go to the Domino's pizza nearby and get a pizza and take it to the salon. I usually park in the Domino's lot - which is always 90% vacant as it is more convenient. This last time I went, my husband had arrived at the salon first and I decided to check with him before ordering. He said he wanted to get Chinese food this time so we walked across the street for dinner. Imagine my shock when we came back and my car had been towed. Please note that the lot had only two cars in it - one was the delivery vehicle and another, I'm assuming, was an employee car. I went into the store and said, "I can NOT believe you towed my car!" Their response was, "We towed 3 tonight." The cost to get the car out of the tow lot was $120. Domino's has lost my $600 plus per year business and I'm sure they lost business from the other cars that were towed. I can see towing cars when the lot is strained for space. I can't see it on a Monday night when no one is in the lot. It's also the holidays and the economy is in a spiral. The Domino's sign does say, "For Domino's Pizza customers only." To Domino's - I might not have bought a pizza that night but I buy at least 4 each month and another 4 or so a year when I park in your lot and walk over to the salon. So I DID consider myself a Domino's customer. I'll now buy NO pizza from Domino's and I will never recommend it. Check "towing and Domino's" on the web. It seems this policy isn't isolated but rather appears to be encouraged.

Are you serious? You said yourself the sign says "For Domino's Pizza customers only".
You parked in the lot and were NOT a customer that night, so your car was towed.
Get over it. It was your own fault!

Got chicken wings with our pizza ...I had diarera and vomiting for over 12 hours now. I know it was the wings were kind of slimy but ate anyway. My buddy ordered and paid for it so felt obligated to ear them. Regretting it now seriously thinking of going to emergency room.
The way to get around bad chain pizza - is to buy from small outfits that are locally owned and operated.
The big chain pizza is lowest common denominator ingredients.
And from reading the complains, they dont train their managers and delivery people very well.
Am showing this website to a friend who owns a small pizzeria, he will laugh his as off.
I dont just buy his pizza, I shop around - but I pick small outfits that will try harder to get my business.
Most of these comments are from 2010 but 6 years later in 2016 & I am having the same diarrhea from Dominos. Im going to go to the doctor and get remaining pizza tested I feel very sick from their food this is the 2nd time. Hopefully they figure something out because this many people being sick is not okay.

We had ordered for Dominos Pizza's for dinner today i.e. 20th August 2010, to our surprise we had found a hair in the Pizza which surely was of some women as the length of the hair was long enough to capture the entire pizza base and was wrapped all over the pizza. I am attaching the photo proof of the pizza and the bill for the order.
Rude people answer phone. Orders are not what the consumer orders.
Forget their ads on TV, they do not live up.
We were doing volunteer charity work through our employment last week. Our tired, sweaty, hungry group ordered pizza from Dominos at around 11:15 am. The food didn't arrive until about 1:30 pm.

I ordered a pizza combo from KIRTI NAGAR BRANCH OF WEST DELHI and it came after an hour. When I called up dominos and asks for it. The manager was really rude in talking. On top of that he says I will put up a comment on your address that this customer doesn't pay the full amount.
