poor service
Dear sir
Today at 9.40 pm, I ordered pizza from my place. My daughter is having high fever and was in no mood of eating anything. So I thought to give her favourite domono. S pizza.
When I called at toll free number, the person was totally in different state of mind. I gave him my address and he was asking me about versova outlet. Then he gave me contact number of chembur outlet which I already had with me.
When I called at chembur outlet, first mr. Imran informed me that they have stopped delivering pizza to my area. When I requested him to connect me some authority, mr. Ashish came on line. Both of them were trying to inform me that they could not deliver the pizza in 30 minutes to our area, so management has asked them to stop taking orders from my area. The chembur outlet is only 7 minutes away from my home by road. Then also I requested them to deliver the pizza without any time restriction from my end. Unfortunately both of them refused to take order proudly stating that our top and local management has taken the decision and we can't avoid that.
I have decided to never call dominos again.
Customer is the reason they are in business. And service is nothing but the feeling customer receives from service giver. This has been by far the worst any pizza food joint has ever made any customer feel!
I will not generalize the poor image of domino pizza from my end due to this one incident? But incident was not pleasant one...
What suggestion you can give me to make them realize the importance of one customer?
Regards,
Bipin mayekar

My family and I - all Civil War reenactors - found your "There were no Dominos Pizza in the 14th century" commercial hilarious! As one who normally does not watch TV commercials, I look forward to seeing this one. It is so funny and so true of reenactors and living historians. And yes, we did order a large with (almost) everything in honor of the great commercial.
An out-loud laugh! Thank you!
Dealing with domino's after they killed my dog!
I posted a complaint on this board last week about a domino's delivery driver running over and killing my dog. This is a letter to the editor I just wrote to the goshen news after receiving no retribution for the puppy's death.
—
On march 14 I ordered pizza from domino’s in goshen. Little did I realize that such an everyday occurrence could end in such tragedy.
My son had some friends over so I let him order domino’s. I gave my son my credit card number to pay for the pizza over the phone, thinking ahead so I didn’t have to deal with our dogs barking or getting loose when the delivery man came. I also sent my son to stand in the driveway as another precautionary measure, as I had a 5-month-old jack russell puppy and a 3-year-old jack russell as well. I generally put them in my laundry room if I know I am going to go to have to open my door.
When the delivery man came my son opened the kitchen door, saying I needed to sign for the pizza, and handed me the credit card slip. I was not happy because I had purposefully ordered with my credit card thinking they would run it as a debit and not credit so that I could watch my dogs and not have to go to the door. I then had to look for a pen and sign the slip as my son struggled to hold back the dogs.
With the delivery man still standing in the open kitchen doorway, I asked my son where odie, our puppy was. He said, “he just slipped out. I’ll go get him.” then he said to the delivery man, “I need to go get our puppy, ” as the driver walked away. I looked out the dining room window, and saw my son chasing our puppy. As I went to get my shoes, it was only a matter of minutes that my son was screaming, “the delivery man just ran over odie.” we live four houses from the end of a cul de sac in a subdivision with a 25 mph speed limit. The driver had went to the cul de sac, turned around, and drove at full speed past our house, hitting our puppy without even stopping.
I ran out to the street and picked up odie as he died in my arms. The driver never even turned around to see what he had hit. It could have been a child. At that point I went into traumatic shock and cradled my bloodied dead puppy in my arms on the kitchen floor. My son, who had previously received a call from the driver’s cell phone as he had gotten lost on the way to our house, called the driver back on that number to let him know he had just ran over our dog.
The driver wouldn’t answer his cell phone. My son then called the domino’s and they said that there wouldn’t be a manager there until 10 p. M. My parents came from nearly an hour away to come get me and take me and my dead puppy back to their home because I was so distraught and they were worried about me. I stayed there for three days.
During that time conversations went back and forth between my children, the domino’s managers and the driver, who admitted to seeing my son running after our puppy. He said he didn’t even think that he should maybe either stay put until the puppy was back in the house or at least drive slowly and cautiously. It was his last stop and he had no need to rush back.
After two emails to an online complaint site about domino’s, the franchise owner of this goshen domino’s called me, apologized, and asked if there was anything they could do. At which point I said I would call her back. When I called her back I requested if they wanted to do something they could pay for the purchase of a new puppy. She wasn’t very remorseful at this point and was not receptive to this suggestion, saying that she needed to speak to both the driver and her husband (Who she owned the franchise with) and that she would call me back the very next day.
This was the last I have heard from her. That was monday - two days ago at the writing of this letter. I’m not asking for much – just the minimum that I feel is owed to me. There is no real price to be placed on my grief or the loss of my puppy, who was like a child to me. It seems that they would be more receptive to my request since they offered to begin with. While it could be argued that yes, this was an accident, the driver was aware of the situation and he had to have known that it was our loose puppy that he hit. His failure to own up to his actions, and the further failure of the franchise to make amends is appalling. What are they going to tell a parent should this situation occur with a child? That it was just an accident? That they should have watched their child more closely? If my dog would have bitten the driver, I may have received a law suit. Shouldn’t the need to assume responsibility go both ways?
I finally called the domino’s corporation today and they had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault - that I should have been watching my dog more closely. When I replied, “I ordered with my credit card and sent my son out to wait so that I could watch my dogs. How much more responsible could I be?” he then backed down and said he would call me back. I still haven’t heard back from him either.
You have probably seen the current domino’s ads about what people are doing with the 30 minutes that it takes for domino’s to come to deliver pizza. What are you doing with your 30 minutes? You should be locking up your pets, children and staying off the streets.

honestly lowkey your a dog[censored] owner, u should have never gave a kid a fkn card wat are u special ed? and second of all why would u order dominos delivery? u cant drive? u blind? next time if u want to get [censored] done do it urself, so [censored] ur dogs and [censored] you if u have a problem call me @[protected]
sincerly,
the manager
Probabyly the driver was late searching the neighborhood for the puppy.
Lisa get a lawyer and sue them also file a police report for a hit and run that driver will get charged as he was forewarned ” Then he said to the delivery man, “I need to go get our puppy, ” as the driver walked away."
He can be charged with animal cruelty and a hit and run he deserves these charges he was forewarned and he did not care plus he was driving excessive speeds in a cul de sac which should have never happened in the first place that was reckless endangerment on top of the charges.
As for the rest of you she was responsible and was doing the right thing and that driver was forewarned so legally it is up to the company to take responsibility for a negligent employee plain and simple so back off her and quit telling her its her fault when its not.
People these days need to take responsibility for their own actions, and a puppy is like a child and she had another child supervising it, when it's an adults responsibility, the driver is not responsible and unfortunately probably doesn't even realize that he ran over the dog on accident, there's no case here, bc they didn't even notice the dog wad gone right arti, like she said the driver had to drive to the end and turn around, who knows what happened in between then, how would the driver know now after that time? She should of had the puppy locked up like she usually does... you guys agree anything like this is criminal offense, but this happens all the time unfortunately, when people aren't watching their dogs, or don't have control amid they run away, I'm sure she's exaggerating about the speed, how does she even know she wasn't even there! Being lazy and not wanting to go to the door and not locking up your dog when you know the door is going to open, all could of been avoided...no one should buy her a puppy, she couldn't take of one, why is this different..
Im sick of you all blaming her for this its the damn drivers fault for driving way too fast in a cul de sac in the first place and the driver was TOLD WAIT IM GETTING OUR PUPPY he was forewarned it is HIS FAULT and i hope this lady sues the #### out of dominoes and WINS she should have also filed a police report that driver would have been arrested immediately also for a hit and run YES people a hit and run weather animal or human is a crime a ex friend of mine for arrested for hitting someones dog that was chained up int he front yard then taking off without stopping and charged with a hit and run.
We have ordered from this location and had delivery, no problem. The pizza was good, the delivery driver was nice, etc. Today I called and was told they wouldn't take our order to deliver to us! I explained that they have done so multiple times, but they said they couldn't drive to our subdivision because we are out of their delivery area. I asked to speak to the manager, open about the fact that they have repeatedly delivered to us (recently!) and i wanted to complain that they now refused to and I couldn't understand the difference one week makes in delivery zones, and his name was XXXXXX. The economy must not have been hard on this location. I told him "you" would lose our business, and he was okay with that. Ironically, this was a calm conversation, no yelling or anything on either side; he was just matter of fact about it. Is business that good that we can be that way to customers?
I went to the dominoes located at 2196 pitkin ave on december 21, I received a certificate via mail to redeem a large one topping with a side, howerer the guy that was there is very rude and nasty, he dosent have no manners or respect, two customers walked in and made orders and experience the same behavior so the man walked out, he refuse to give me his name but he wants to ask 20 questions, he's about 6' tall, short haircut, about 130 pounds, and a beard under the chin, this is east new york and don't let him think he can do that to anyobody, one day he would not be so lucky talking from behind that partition ...
Tonight is the last straw! Now dont get me wrong I absolutely love dominos but just about every time I order, something always seems to be missing! And I usually always have to eat my food cold/semi cold as I am a very picky eater and I cannot eat my food without having everything that I need with it/ordered. Now when these things happen I always call and let them know and they always fix it and bring whatever they have forgotten, usually they come back within reason and are always polite about it.
Now tonight when I had called and made an order, now although I found this phone call amusing and very oddly funny not everyone would have enjoyed it and might have gotten upset with it. And not to mention how many times do they/or have they done these phone pranks on their customers. Nonetheless even though I enjoyed it and found humor in it they should not be acting in such a manner when dealing with customers.
Ok so now here is what has done it for me tonight after I finally get my food I go to eat my hot wings (which for some reason were absolutely extremely over the top spicy hot tonight, enough to burn a hole in your stomach spicy hot! Which I do have to say I am having a hard time eating them!) and when I opened up the blue cheese dipping sauce it wasnt any good it had gone bad. So needless to say I had called and told them and they said they would send another sauce over. Now to mind you I had already waited the average 20-30 min to get my food and I was more than ready to eat now I have to wait again, as usual. So now I am waiting for them to come back its now been over a half hour and no one has showed up at that point. So I called back and told them and the person gives me this excuse oh he grabbed it on his way out the door and was supposed to drop it off to you, he must have forgot sorry, I will have another driver bring it to you (ok so now why in the world would someone who is now clocked out and done for the night and not working want to come back to a delivery?). So now from the time I ordered, got my food, and waited again for them to come back it was now a total of 1 hour and 20 min! Now my food is cold, Thank you once again! I should be able to enjoy my food and have it the way its supposed to be without any problems, nevertheless may I mention/remind how outrageously priced the food is! So yes when I order I expect my food to be as it should and to have everything that I have ordered and paid for (as I am sure everyone else does too).
I think that they need to take more pride and care in their work/more training if necessary. Something needs to be done. I do understand that we are human and people forget things or what not but this has gone too far and always seems to happen and I am sure that I am not the only one that is having these kinds of problems.
Domino's is run by all Indians and the manager said she was going to "kick my ###ing ###". She also called my mom "white trailer park trash!
I orderd a pizza from Domino's and my first bite had a twig in it! I called Domino's and they said it happened all the time due to the way the mushrooms and olives are shipped. He never apologized!
I had placed an order for pizza at 11.00pm paid the money but pizza was not delivered till 12.30 midnight andwhen i reached there the shop was closed . An idotic way and service
Maybe the driver was late because the woman made him search the neighborhood for a puppy he was not responsible for.
delivery driver killed my puppy!
Last evening we ordered pizza from the Goshen Dominos in Linway Plaza in Gosnen, Indiana. When the delivery guy came he needed my signature for my credit card and I was distracted by our dog Max and the delivery guy joked he had a dog too. When I signed for the card I asked my son where our puppy was and he had slipped out the door and my son went out the door and told the delivery guy our dog was out. With this said it was only a matter of minutes and our son ran across the street to catch the puppy and the delivery guy went to the end of the cul-de-sac and was driving very fast and before my son could stop him he ran over our sweet puppy and kept on going. My son was yelling that our precious puppy "odie" got ran over by the dominos pizza guy and I ran out to him just as he died in my arms. My son called the Dominos store to tell them what had happened because I couldn't do anything but sob with my lifeless puppy in my arms and I have not heard even an "I'm sorry" The loss I feel for our sweet puppy cannot be put into words... he was a member of our family and had I known that the delivery guy was going to come into our neighborhood and be so careless and thoughtless I would never had ordered a pizza... it was so not worth it and I will never forget this for the rest of my life. Maybe to some people it was just a puppy... but he was our puppy and was loved as much as a human. I just can't stop thinking why he was driving so fast knowing that our puppy was out. What if next time he runs over a human... something to think about... my heart is in a million pieces!
ever hear of a leash law? control your dog dumb sh t
geez, " american veteran". are you bitter or what? it's one thing t be a veteran, but another to be a complete [censor].
I just ordered a pizza online, and about 20min after i got it i recieved a text message from the driver saying that it was an honor delivering to me and a 'privilege having [me] as a customer'. I sent a reply asking who it was and about 10min later i got this response- 'sry it was innapropriate to txt you'...yes it was. it really, really was. now this guy knows where i live and has my phone number..i assured him that it was innapropriate that he contacted me, and that he neednt worry about his job, and hopefully that will be the end of that...
I am beyond sorry for your loss.

It happened in the evening, so it was dark. These things happen. Be grateful it was not your child who was hit.
YOU, yes, you are the one who is responsible for this.
You are negligent in several ways.
1: Never ever allow your son to meet a stranger at the curb.
YOU exposed your child to unknown risk.
2: You are liable for any charges on your credit card which your son may make, including and besides the pizza.
3: YOU are liable for any damages which may occur by allowing your dog to run loose.
Finally, it is a totally negative example which you are setting for your son by not having the courage and/or integrity to accept the blame for this entire incident which is rightfully yours and yours alone.
I have done many things in my long life for which I have been culpable and have ALWAYS felt better about myself when I admitted thiese things to myself.
Stand up and act like a responsible adult instead of attempting to get something from someone else who has NO responsibility in this matter.
They made light of your situation, but I think you are entitled to at least a free order of cheesy bread!
the heck with your puppy. maybe u should have kept better track of the dog ...
bad advertising!
I'm Brooklyn born and bred and offended by the way dominoes portrays Brooklynites to the rest of the country! WE'RE not a bunch of wannabe gangsta rappers. We don't talk like that! We do have a distinctive accent, but not as the ones on TV. even the black people should be offended! Another thing,it's not abbreviated that way either. It is B'klyn. If you write B'klyn on a letter, it goes to BROOKLYN, NY. GET IT RIGHT DOMINOES. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from dominoes EVER again! And if I can do anything about it, NEITHER will my family, friends, or co-workers. You guys blew it with New Yorkers BIG TIME! Whomever thought up that campaign, should be drawn and quartered!
I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE DOMINO'S IN BIG BEAR LAKE CALIFORNIA REFUSES TO SELL THE $5.99 PIZZA SPECIAL THAT DOMINO'S SO PROUDLY ADVERTISES?
WHY, IF THEY ARE PART OF THE DOMINO'S CORPORATION THEY ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNE?
Dominoes is the worst pizza place EVER! I ordered a pizza from a guy named Mike, and he never showed up! I waited all night for my pizza. But he never brought it, the little rascal. I'll never order from them AGAIN! From this day on I will never eat the moldy, revolting, rascley pizza again. P.S. I'm not an angry kid >: (
THIS IS NO JOKE!
overcharge and incorrect pizza!
I called Domino's Pizza to order a Wing Deal which was suppose to be 1 Large Pizza w/2 toppings and 1 Order of Buffalo Wings. When I called the first time they informed me that the Wing Deal consisted of 1 LG Pizza w/1 topping. This is not what the coupon said. But I ordered anyway. Then after giving my credit card number was given they hung up on me. I had to call back to get a total and verify my order. After the delivery and I rechecked my coupon I called the store and spoke with the manager who was rude and unconcerned even when I told her that "next time I will go to Pizza Hut". She didn't seem to be concerned about my issues at all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
No further comment. Just complaint
Yesterday, I called Domino Pizza on Alamance Church Road in Greensboro, NC to place an order for delivery as I have many times before. I told them that I had a coupon (buy 1 get 1 free) from the Attractions book. I have already used 3 of these coupons, and was going to use the 4th one yesterday. I was informed that these coupons were for pick up only. No where on the coupon does it state that they are not valid for delivery orders; and since I had already used 3 coupons for delivery orders I was very angry. Not being able to use this coupon cost me an additional $6.00, and needless to say I am not happy about this. As a senior citizen and a good customer of Domino's, I feel that I was treated very badly. If these coupons were not to be used for delivery orders, it should have been printed on the coupons in the book.
If this is the way you treat coustomers, you can be sure that I will shop elsewhere for pizza in the future.
payment policies
Six months ago I was attempting to place an delivery order with Domino's. I was asked if I would be paying my cash or credit, usually I pay with check and they informed they no longer accept checks. I sorry but I refuse to give my credit card # to anybody over the phone. A couple months later I was at a birthday party and I noticed a family member had ordered from domino's and paid with a check. I asked them how long ago had Domino's started taking checks, they said they had always paid by check they had never head of them not taking checks. Since then I have bought pizza from domino's three times with a check. Lo and behold I called tonight and was told no they do not take checks, I asked why because I have been paying by check. I could hear the person taking my call tell another person what I had said and was told it has been Domino's not to take checks. I have never bounced a check with Domino's and I don't know what type of profiling they are doing but I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
seriosly get a life you my dear are rediculous theres a little thing normal people call cash we use it to buy things here on earth!
no cheese or sauce on pizza, just pepperoni!
On January 18, 2007 My husband and I ordered the $20.99 special which included 1 large pizza with topping, an order of wings and a soda. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. After waiting an hour we get our order. We paid the driver and he took off. When we opened our pizza we noticed that there was no cheese or sauce on the pizza only pepporoni's. We immediately...

The new TV commercial for Dominos Pizza is degrading to all men everywhere. The commercial has a man telling his wife that the person on the phone at Dominos says that they have 30 min, are you thinking what I'm thinking? Then it shows him wearing a bath robe. His wife then asks him, " What are we going to do with the other 28 minutes?" I personally...

THANK YOU NORMA L QUINTANILLA
If you call during a major rush or incelment weather it can sometimes take that long. Best to do carry-out during these times and the online site will not be able to guage accuratelyt how long delivery times are - that's a fact. It is not located in store or manned by store employees and only has certain statistics to go by which isn't enough to make an accurate assessment of how long delivery will take. It also won't tell you if they are out of a product and many other practical facts. It does not have access to that information.
Burnt pizza and cheesy bread
On December 7, 2007 I purchased one of the new double crust pizza's and one order of cheesy bread. When I checked these items the pizza was burnt on top and the cheesy bread was burnt on the bottom. When I showed this to the customer servers they said that is the way it was suppose to look. I pointed out that the picture on the window of the pizza did not...

I had some pretty bad service one night. Actually very bad. Food was 2 hours late, when it arrived it wasnt what i ordered. However, what really bothered me was when i called up to check on the status of the pizza i ordered, the manager gave me some real attitude. So i decided to go to the dominos website and file a complaint.
It was my first time filing a complaint. I tried to give as accurate as a description of the interactions i had with Dominos Pizza that wednesday evening. Pressed the send button after filling out all the online forms and voila i felt better venting my anger to dominos headquarters.
7 days letter, the very same manager who gave me attitude on the phone gives me a call back. Speaking in a very hostile manner and asking me questions as if i am on trial. "Did you or did you not recieve your pizza cold", "Who told you your pizza will be at your place in 30-40min".
Two things went through my mind, first why was my complait forwarded to my local dominos store in an NON-Anonymous fashion. Now i can never order from the store again b/c with the way this manager was talking, i just couldnt trust the quality of the food he sends to my house.
The second thing was, well lets just put it that i didnt like the way the guy was talking to me, so i dont think too highly of him.
Complaint: Dominos should send complaints to local branch in an anonymous fashion. I dont know if others would agree with this but atleast this way, people can order without the fear of something wrong happening to there pizza.
I called and ask what the spiecal was. At E. White St. Rock Hill S.C. when the lady said 1 small 4.00 or a middle for 5.55 on Sat Aug 23, 2008 about 5:00. So I order one middle and the total was 15.00 I said I thought you said it was 5.55 for a middle pizza. Then she said if I had order three. I said well lets start over cause I'm not paying 15.00 for one when I can get 3 for that price. So I order One middle will Ham & ex-cheese, One with Hambuger & ex-cheese and another with Peppironi. Then I add ex-cheesy bread stick. All pan pizza.
My husband went and got this order for me. he got home the pizza was so thin when you picked it up it fell apart, it was very much not done. I think that was the nasties pizza I had ever ate. I order there all the time and never had a problem. Someone just don't know how to cook pizza.
I don't think I want know more pizza for a while.
Sincerely,
Jewell Gregory

Hello, I would like some assistance in getting my money back. Domino's Pizza used my credit card to take money ($14 +) out of my account. I had ordered a pizza and paid for it with by credit card. The store manager (Jay) promised me several months ago that they would refund the money, and that it needed to come from corporate office. My bank did nothing...

I was ordered 1 large extravaganza with extra chesse in domino state bridge rd, atlanta, georgia, delivery man came and I give a good tip without check on the pizza. When I opened I found that the pizza is wrong order, I called the store but I got very unpleasant service, the girl staff who answer the phone insist that they send the right one, she said that I was order brooklyn pizza, how come extravaganza become brooklyn? I asked, how about change with exravaganza but instead of that she was angry and said the store will closed, so no more delivery!
How rude and bad service.
hair cooked into the pizza's cheese!
My family and I were really hungry so we decided to order the 5 by 5 deal, when we opened the first pie ,we found a long wavy grayish hair on the pie (no one in my family has gray long wavy hair!), but we said ehh lets just not eat that pie lets just eat the second pie, so while I was eating a slice I felt a hair in my mouth, which even got tangled in between my bottom teeth. I took out the piece of pizza that was in my mouth to see if it was my imagination. Unfortunately, there was a brownish visible hair woven into the crust and cheese, cooked into the pizza. I immediately vomited, and when my family saw the second hair coming from a different pie, everyone became nauseous and started vomiting too, I mean wouldn't you? It was disgusting, never again will I order pizza from Dominos.
Anyways after vomiting, my sister then politely called Dominos from (Newark, NJ the one on Bloomfield Ave.) to speak to the manager (NOT asking for a refund and definitely not demanding another pie). The manager was rude, didn't allow her to explain and when she asked for his name he hanged up on her! So of course my sis became mad, after all she just wanted him to know what happened so that he wouldn't lose other customers, and so that his employees would wear a hair net, because obviously they probably weren't wearing one. She then called again, he yelled at her and when she asked for his name he hanged up on her again!
We just called so that other people could be able to enjoy their food, instead of vomiting. So next time you order your delicious dominos pizza, watch out for nasty hairs on your slices!
This was part of my complaint! I have already filled in a complaint form and yet you still want me to complete an other! Like i said before we have been using you for at least 15 years and it has been perfect x but this time we were sent runny constistancy and out of date sauce which as you know is a high factor of food poisoning.
Many thanks
jane andrews x
hello sorry to bother you but,
The pizza you sold us was fine but the sauces were runny in consistancy and out of date!...Poor news for food poisoning! Please buy our faith back into Dominos as we have been using you for over 15 years.
Many thanks jane andrews x
We had a similar experience with Dominos. We thought the worst part of ordering from this Dominos at 371 S Doheny Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 was the cold pizza that was delivered an hour after ordering, but NO! THE WORST PART WAS A 2" NASTY HAIR THAT WAS COOKED UNDERNEATH THE TOPPINGS! UNBELIEVABLE! This is absolutely unacceptable.
Also, the Website said they left at a certain time and they got to our place 45 minutes later! They're only 2-3 minutes away from us! The pizza and bread sticks were completely cold. Waste of money and time. The manager didn't care much about making it right either. Never ordering from Dominos again. IT'S THE NEXT MORNING AND I STILL FEEL SICK THINKING ABOUT THE HAIR THAT MY MOUTH TOUCHED! I STILL FEEL LIKE THROWING UP!
late and cold delivery
I ordered a pizza on 13 oct, 2007. And i received it cold and that too after 50 min, thus breaking the company policy of 30 mins or free and moreover when i complained about it they further argued with me. And today ie. 2, nov 2007 I ordered a fun meal which they place bulk category they again delivered it late though they had written on their menu cards still when i complained about it they went for a argument instead of explaining me what the offer was. Thus the customer service is a tooooo bad. I would like some actions to be taken against them.
lousy service
On Saturday night October 20th, 2007 we ordered a medium sausage pizza and were going to redeem a $5.00 gift certificate, which by-the-way was sent to us following a previous poor quality experience with Domino’s. The grand total of this purchase was to be $8.66 counting the gift certificate.
When the delivery driver arrived he could not speak a work of English and became annoyed when he realized I didn’t speak his language. But that’s another issue. He had no idea that he was supposed to pick up the gift certificate and get only $8.66. He kept demanding, through primitive sign language that I pay the total $13.00 dollars for this pizza. I paid due to the fact my daughter and I were hungry and it was late enough that going out was not an option. Obviously I did not leave a tip for this person. When I opened the box the pizza was cold. I called the story back where I purchased it and was transferred to customer service. The customer service rep who I spoke with had the voice of a 15 year old and claimed to be a manager. His disposition as well as lack of tack immediately indicated that he was no manager. After explaining the situation I asked that I receive my ‘satisfaction guaranteed or your money back’ guarantee. He asked how much of the product was left; I told him my daughter had already eaten two pieces. He would not honor their guarantee saying that the product was not whole. I demanded, and was able to speak with his supervisor. (She) had the voice of a 19 year old had the demeanor of such. She proceeded to tell me the exact thing the previous rep said. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and explained that Domino’s would not fulfill their written pledge as part of the pizza was eaten. This basic argument went on and on for another 10 minutes, when again I was placed on hold with her saying, “Let me try to make this good.” Another 10 minutes, the same argument ensued. She would refund my money and take the pizza back. I told her this was the 2nd time I received lousy service from Dominos and then demanded that the pizza be comped due to the amount time spent trying to resolve this simple thirteen dollar dilemma. She argued it was not Domino’s policy to do that. I told her that Domino’s broke their written promise and I was going to call the BBB and file a complaint as well as contact their corporate office and provide a tape recorded copy of the conversation. The outcome was that she said Domino’s would not deliver to us any longer and the pizza would be comped and the purchase amount refunded within 4 business days. I am sure that one person refusing to ever do business with Domino’s Pizza will not bother them. But I hope if more people provide feedback Domino’s will get their act together.
I ordered a pizza and when you come to my condo community there are clear instructions on how to operate the gate. The driver called from the gate and requested a gate code. I explained what he had to do to call my unit so I could buzz him in. The store manager called me and I explained to him the directions at the gate and he told me without a gate code they were returning my order to the store. I have lived here over 7 yrs and the procedure for entering the complex has always worked. They straight out refused to follow the directions. The mgr was very rude and told me to call someone else for pizza.I hope somehow this complaint will reach someone who can handle it.
today i ordered my food online (a pasta bowl, coke, wings) the total amount was $18.67 so as i waited the delivery man finally came. when he did he gave my all my things and then i paid him with a $20.00 and $0.67 so he can return me my $2.00 back. but when i gave him the money he started walking away and i told him, "hey wasn't it $18.67?" and he checked his reciept and said, "no, it was $19.67" and was about to give me my dollar back so i was confused and asked to see the reciept which read TOTAL: $18.67 and he asked me with a [censored] little smile "is it ok like this?" (meaning if he could keep my change) i understand thay they work for tips as well but i mean to me this was considered stealing. $2.00 is nothing and i actually felt like giving it to the delivery man but i decided not too. Not after what he did.

wow your a rather rude lady. this is a complaint board, meaning people post complaints here, doesnt matter what company they are for. dumb ###
You contact a different site entirely, that is in no way even remotely connected to Domino's and yet you hope this will somehow magically reach someone with authority to take action?
In what universe does it work like that, and how could you possibly have gone through the entire registration and confirmation process and not figured out you're nowhere near Domino's? Are you sure you didn't order your pizza from a furniture repair company on a different continent?
Dominos in Lexington, NC on highway 8
On March 20, 2011 I went to pick up a pizza and they had a plastic rack of pizza dough sitting on the floor and some of the dough had run out of the container on the floor. It was in plain view of when you walked in the door. I wish I would have thought and took a picture of this with my phone. I don't understand why they didn't have the rack on a table and cover it up. This looked very bad for Domino's.
I bought 2 large pizza's from Domino's Pizza on Christmas Eve, When I received the Pizza it was cold and soggy. I then called Domino's up right away and explained to the owner what was going on. He informed me that he has had nothing but problems with his pizzas and all he can do is refund me 2 large pizzas when i was ready to order from there again. Frustrated and annoyed i agreed and hung up. when I called and spoke to the general manager to order my 2 large pizza's 3 days later he said the owner never put it into the computer so we would have to pay because of the owner negligences.and he hung up on me! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! Not only is the food disgusting but the service is worse!
(Was at Domino's in Marina Square Narragansett RI) Rick G!
I was writing my terrible experience about the fake cheese and all the chemical after taste/feel and not even my dog would try some because she knows what mozzerella is and all of a sudden my complaint I was writing just dissapeared. Anyway, as long as our nation maintains a healthy level of bad eating habits and overall ignorance about food and the eating culture we should be, Dominos' will do just fine.
Dominos, please deliver me a pizza with the toppings stuck to the top but real toppings are stuck, then that's ok. You see, I think they call them "barbie tables". these are the plastic piece they put in the middle of the pie so seeing toppings stuck to the top of the box hasn't been a real issue since the late 70's mid 80's it's simply a gimmick so that will never happen again, it doesn't happen now.
Michigan companies are funny, they point to the bells n whistles of their product because the real core-quality a customer is looking for simply isn't there. Ford motor company, they talk about cup holders, Movie screens and fuzzy lephricahns that come out at night to clean the tires while you sleep. Never, never would ford simply say their class autos will beat the same class autos Toyota puts out, so they talk about how if you look at the front of a ford car (this is real, i am trying not to laugh) the car has a "face" so look at that face, Look at that chilled cup holder and when you pick up your plastic pizza from house of cards, I mean dominos, make sure you get your "barbie table"
There was a time when Dominos was amazing, this was back when Tom Callahan actually was in the store/s. There was also a time a mustang was a mustang.
Sorry Dominos, this digressing wasn't helpfull therapy as you hoped. You could send 10 helicopters for me, and have 20 radio stations say my name and I would call Joeys pizza so I can enjoy what I am eating.
one more thing. the irony of this whole thread is, it's about service! Service is the only organic thing Dominos "pizza" offers
domino's SUCKS I have been a customer of domino's for a long time... NOT ANYMORE... Tried placing an order on a thursday night.. according to the pizza TRACKER the pizza was prepped and baked and boxed after it was boxed i waited 20 min. I called the store manager argued with me that it was not correct. that in fact the pizza was just them exiting the oven and assured that my pizza would arrive hot and fresh. the oreder was placed by my wife who had left for work having had to wait to long thus not having the credit card there to verify the card against the order ( something that was new to me ) I had ordered multiple times before and have never had to show ID or a CARD. Driver was RUDE. I told him it was not my loss. I called store phone rang about 30 times and i got no where with management about the ordeal. I will NEVER oreder DOMINO'S AGAIN. and tell everyone I know not to order. Such a large company has no room to be so POMPAS
I ordered three pizza from a Domino's in Los Angeles, CA. After an hour later, I called and was told my pizza was on the way. After waiting an additional hour I was told the driver delivered it to the wrong address and the other people paid for the pizza. If he knew it was the wrong address then why did he give it to those other people? I wait two hours for some 30 minute pizza and domino's don't even care. Not only that they can't even give me a free pizza for my trouble. Domino's has horrible service.

pathetic service
I ordered a vegetararian pizza, they made a bill for a vegetarian pizza and gave me a chicken pizza.
In india vegetarianism is attached to religious beliefs and had I eaten it, god...!
Secondly, he did not come in 30 minutes as promised.
This is the dominos at cp in delhi, order taken by some goonk called anil at around 8;50p. M (Sic.)
dear sir,
i am Anwar, i bought 2 dominos pizzas from dwarka branch. i am very disappoint by the service, they didnt treated me well, and didnt even provided me the handbag, i asked many times to give me some handbag, but instead of helping me, they were making fun of me and my friend, by laughing at my back, and making comments.
and because they didnt provided the handbag to me, while on the way back to home, i was riding bike, i was holding 2 pizzas together, and riding the bike by 1 hand, and holding pizzas by the other hand, 1 of the pizza fell down, so it was a total waste.
this is not the matter of wastage of pizza, but this is the matter of service your company is providing,
this is ridiculous, and and i am very dissapointed with your service. please take some action and provide the facility of handbags in the branch.
### service, i hated it, and you have lost your customer today... take some action if u dont want to lose more of your customers.
now i say, pizza hut is better than dominos in every way.
thanks.
ANWAR
Hi Dominos team,
This is a complain for a non veg extravaganza that i had order on the 3rd of october at 9.29pm and it was taken by Mnaju t from the sector 12 outlet in Dwarka.
I did order for non veg but received a veg pizza and when i complained the person over the phone offered to send me a non veg pizza but at extra cost.
Now i want to know is it my fault that i had ordered for somehting and got something wrong and then u also charge me for sending the right food. Please get your employee maju T ears chekced or ask her to go for a leave for some days as she is not fit for a customer service industry if she cant take an order correctly.
I still have the veg pizza available with me and would like ot know what can i do about it now and what action u guys plan to take against manju t for not listening to a customer carefully and spoiling my dinner to be more precise.
MY ORDER #278.
please take action on this employee of your's Manju t and make sure she does not repeat such mistakes in the near future.

Lopamudra
stupid automated robot
For years 17 to be exact-I have ordered from my local Domino's Pizza. Now they have some STUPID automated robot who directs you God only knows where for your pizza order. Is this truly what technology is all about. No communication--no way to correct an incorrect order.
In the past you were always pleasant to deal with. Now you are ANNOYING!
Thanks to your new age -- let's have no communication with the PUBLIC cyber geeks from whom I shall never order from you total loosers. The inbred, fearful of actually communication with another human android who created this new program should be immediately zapped into cyber space where he shall no doubt fine others of his ilk who have no social skills whatsoever.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Totally agree. I will never order from them again because I can't stand talking to a robot.

I posted my complaint regarding the Domino Pizza at Broad and Hunting Park in Philadelphia, PA. I called in an order for two large pizzas, and after waiting for about an hour and a half, I called only to find out that the order was canceled. the manager told me that a call was made to my house and no one answered but I was home. Checking my caller ID I saw no proof of a call from Domino Pizza. This is very disturbing. What or how can one be compensated for such mismanagement?
I placed a order for a large pizza and a pizza sandwich and asked the person to make sure the delivery man bring the pepper and cheese with the order. When get here with the order, no pepper and cheese. He said no one put it in the order. This is the fifth time this has happened,
C alled the store #6984 order # 75557 He said when I asked for pepper and cheese he had already placed the order in the computer. Which makes no since, like he could't add pepper and cheese we were still on the phone together when I made the request. The service this resturant give is terrible.
Noted the location.
How can you be "compensated" when you have no loss?
