I ordered antivirus software 2 years ago and never used this notebook. 2 years later they automatically charged me $34.95. I could not contact them easily. Did a lot of internet search and found a phone number. 2 months later they send me an email evey other day saying I must contact them within 48 hours or they will close complaint. Credit card says try to deal with them. IWILL NEVER BUY MICRO DRI TREND ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE AGAIN. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MCAFEE!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am billed twice by DRI TREND MICRO 8/21 & 8/22 for 35.95 each time. I did not authorized this . Would like it applyed back to my credit card account.
There is a charge of 38.83 on my bank account and i did not order anything or authorize the deduction. The amount was deducted on 3/02/2012 ref # [protected] this is the second time I've written I would like a response as soon as possible with a refund. They made an unauthorized charge to my card. It is a card that i never use and didn't give anyone permission to use it. I had a call [protected] information about my system. The transaction number is - - 24692161142000718155742. I want a full refund applied back to this card. I am contacting the card company and telling them that i am disputing this charge also so they will release me from any late fees.
I was charged for an new contract from Trend Micro unauthorized.
I do not even have the computer that they were supposed to be protecting for over a year. They asked me to authorize an update but I refused to. So they just took it out my checking account on June 8, 2011 for the figure of $44.95. I have no way of contacting them.

We received our mothly statement showing a $35.95 charge for Trend Micro, which I can only assume is for software protection on our computer. The problem is we puchased and install Trend Micro's Titanium software in April of last year. So I am to believe this must be an automatic renewal, right? Wrong, my expiration date of the program is still 4/30/2011. Any ideas besides calling the credit card company, which will happen?
They are taking forever on the phone to reverse the charges for support I didn't ask for or receive. They told me that all of their Auto Renewals go through Digital River out of Minneapolis, the local # for Digital River is [protected]. I am making Trend Micro work on my refund, hoping not to have to make a call to Digital River.

I want money put back into my account ASAP. You took $62.95 on 11/08/10, out of account with out my knowledge or permission. IF this does not happen I will file FRAUDULENT charges against you. You were not authorized to remove any funds from my account. I DO NOT have your product nor do I want it.

I was billed on my debit card by Dri Trend Micro for a product I never purchased. Other need to be aware. My bank is currently disputing this charge.
I renewed my antivirus software but did not receive the download to apply it. There were two charges applied to my credit card by DRI TREND MICRO. One for $59.95 and another for $6.95.
I did receive numerous E-mails from the company telling me my subscription was out of date. I could not find a phone number for them. I tried to E-mail and they wanted to charge an additional fee to help me and answer my questions. HELP!
I cannot activate TRENDMICRO. Please cancel my order dated October 10, 2008 in the amount of 84.85 to my card ending 0317.
I have received instructions to activate but will not respond because I do not have correct e-mail address.
TREND was loaded by my computer tech, so I will go to him and ask him to update my protection.

received my credit card bill and was billed $116.86 not once but twice on the exact same day! I never even ordered this product! Want all of the 233.72 refunded in full (debit my account)! I was told 5-7 days in 10 days I will check and if not done my attorney will make the next call to the company!
There are charges on my credit card that I did not authorize. I used to use this antivirus but stopped long ago and never signed up for automatic charges of any kind.

On 3/26/12 a charge for $49.22 was charged against my Visa card. I believe this is an unauthorized charge and request credit back against my card. Thank you
There is an unauthorized renewal of anti-virus on our chargecard and we did not want this or authorize this.

I noticed on my MasterCard that I have been charged $35.95 for anti-virus software that I did not order and do not use. I want this to be removed from my credit card immediately as I did not order it. Reference DSZYC5MB listed on statement.
I ordered spywear in June. Two amounts were taken out of our account one for $55.95 & $9.95. I have not received the software. So please send me the product or refund my money.

We have a billing for this Dri Trend, that I find is a virus software protection, on our Visa bill that we have not ordered. We have never heard of it. I looked it up on the computer and found this page to complain on!
