Ent Federal Credit Union review: Right of set off/ transferring money from account to cure a debt.

I wake up to my joint account -322.68 and quickly find that my bank transferred money out of my bank account I hold jointly with my wife to cure a debt she holds in a singular account. This put us homeless. We were in the middle of getting an apartment and this caused our deposit to bounce which in turn got us kicked out of the apartment. So now we're homeless and I called ent to get this situation fixed by expecting them to fully understand our situation only to get a rude person to laugh at me on the phone and tell me I'm nit getting anything back. Completely taken away by this. I would type more but my phone is going to die and I have no home to charge it in.
