I used to go to America's Best but tried Eyeglass World because of same day service. Well, that was a big mistake. First of all, any other place charges me $50 for an exam. You charged me $128. Secondly you didn't have the lenses. The lady told me she could do polycarbonate lenses for $129 for the two pairs. Not $129 EACH. So my thinking I could get same day service for $129 or even $200 was way out.
I am disabled and a disabled veteran and had to get the VA van to drive me there. I would've had to wait for 6 hours to get one pair. They did have the polycarbonate lenses for 1 set.
Thoroughly disgusted with the service and the fees. You robbed me out of $128 for the exam and I was so disgusted and fed up that I walked out before my bill was going to be nearly $500.
I will be blasting you on Facebook and I will be contacting Humana and the Department of Veterans Affairs unless you can come up with something.
