To Whom it May Concern
On the 11th May I received an e-mail that my medical aid would be suspended due to non-payment. My funds are deducted monthly. My husband and I are chronic patients. No correspondence either a telephone call only 1 mail. On Friday I sent my husband for my heart (Pressure medication). I believe this is not acceptable. I was told we must pay back on our wallet which I had no understanding off. I am 9 years on this medical aid.
I have encouraraged my colleagues to go on this medical aid. I am so disappointed with the treated I received no empathy what so ever.
I have never heard of Discovery health treating there members like this. I am sitting with no medication at the moment.
My husband is unemployed for the past 7-8years. I need assistance.
I will cancel and go over to Discovery Medical Aid.
Desired outcome: To uplift and show me correspondence my read receipt and only then an arrangement can be made. I would like an apology. I have no time for drama in my life.
