Iam really not impressed by the attitude given by the manager Jan Phalafala.
I arrived around 18h10 to buy 6 plain pieces with assistance from a cashier by the name of Tiny. I ordered, she handed the speed point machine for me to insert my card and transaction went through on my phone. She took 3-4 mins waiting fir the receipt to print out.
After few mins again she noticed nothing is happening only to find out there isn't roll for cecepits. After inserting the new roll, she asked me to insert my card again for another transaction, I refused as I received notification for payment but on her side she printed an unsuccessful slip then she called and explained the matter to Melissa. Melissa said I must wait for 30 mins for reversal transaction as she reversed the money...
I waited more than 20 mins and told them no sms came back.. Because I have no banking app, I had to check my bank balances and showed it to both, then they told me I have to pay again, they don't trust me"what if they give me my order then they will be short with money on their side.
Melissa called Jan for me, I explained to him the matter, he told me the sane story - he can't help me, what if I will run away with the meat I did not pay for.. What drives me nuts is that I Paid, showed them the sms and my bank balance.
He told me he Don't care cause I don't want to wait for 30mins or an hour to see if I will get the money they reversed or else 8 have to pay again which I did pay another R107..
Before paying for the second time, I asked him if I can provide him my ID, company contact details as I can not wait much longer. It's late and I've been waiting fir almost 45mins now.
He said he can't tolerate fir such nonsense and he don't care if I show him the notification as proof that money went out as payment of my order. He can help me unless if I'm willing to pay again.
I asked him"as you see proof of payment notification clone me, why do you say you can't give me the meat or refund me until I wait or pay again cause he don't trust me, why do I have to pay again and trust the they will reverse the money while they can't trust me to coke pay back if reversal is approved..
Iam very crossed with such services, telling me to wait, go make bank statement to see if they reversed my money on their side..
While I'm standing Infront of them with proof of payment and asked if I can leave my ID, contact details and fir the company I work for incase if the following day their money Will be short their side.
They told me they DO NOT TRUST ME.
WHY DID I TRUST THEM, PAYING FOR THE SECOND TIME?
