I made a huge mistake when I entered into a contract with Merchant One Payments. I registered with them last year and their registration charges are much higher as compared to other service providers. While I was associated with them they began to increase the interest rate at 4% annually. I had to go through a labyrinth of so called support channels before I managed to speak to the concerned person.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I recently got a website to sell stuff from my retail store online. On the suggestion of a friend, I integrated virtual POS system by Merchant 1 Payments with the site. The system often fails to process requests. Such a waste of money! The least these guys can do is respond to my help requests!

Run! Run! These guys are sneaks and caused a lot of trouble for my business. They simply overcharge, are unapologetic and do not care whether your business is affected
The widely advertised Wireless POS system by Merchant 1 Payments is not that good. Signal received by the machine is weak and often disconnects. This is not expected of a payment processing service to say the least.
Besides the high PCI compliance fee Merchant One Payments charged a huge annual service fee.. I chose this company as their sales support told me there is no fear of annual fees and also my contract does not mention any such charge
