I bought a lot of clothes for my family and I on the 4th September 2021, I got home only to realize one of the cloth was badly torn, so I returned the next day to report to the same sale rep at Achimota with my receipt. This sales rep told me the cloth wasn't torn when she gave them to me and that I intentionally damaged it whiles wearing so she won't change it for me. so this turned into an altercation at the shop between me and her. I felt so ashamed for someone to belittle and humiliate me like that.
Desired outcome: I want this to be dealt with
