Optum RX is owned by United Healthcare. UnitedHealth Group made $22.4 billion in profits in 2023!

Call the Optum RX Corporate switchboard at [protected]. Tell them you have an important message to leave for Ms. Heather Cianfrocco. Leave message, then scream your frustrations.

And thank God that we all have the Internet and a smartphone. Just dictate your grievance or complaint to an e-mail file, or a word file, etc. And then just copy and paste to send a copy to everyone. AND when you send a complaint to someone, or everyone, make sure to put Cc: at the bottom to let them know that you are making noise to everyone.
