This is the second time going to Popeyes at this location in one week and both times I did not receive what I ordered.

First Time:

Customer ordered same meal she did the second time got all the way to work to realize the clerk did not give me my drink.

Second Time:

Which was on 4/28/24, customer ordered two piece white spicy with mash pototoes and strawberry fanta without ice. Customer also informed clerk that about 5 days ago about the first order mistake and asked if she could get her drink that she did not receive on her first order and she was told no.

Once she drove up to receive her order she received one breast and a thigh. She was at the window for about 3 minutes before any clerk would reopen the window and assist her in getting another piece of white meat.

Customer was made to want an excessive about of time to receive a wing instead of the thigh. Once she looked inside she noticed it was not even a decent piece of a wing. Customer took a pic and decided to voice a complaint.

This is extremely unacceptable. The lack of customer service and empathy displayed from this establish does not display a good look for Popeyes.

Claimed loss: $$$8.80

Desired outcome: Customer wants a refund.
