I ordered an engine form S and J engines in Spokane to be delivered in Montana. I received my paid in full receipt and waited about 2.5 weeks for email responses to my questions about the purchase.
After not receiving email responses I called and talked to Ryan who informed me that I was still looking at a 16-20 week wait. This was not acceptable as this was my wife's daily driver.
Ryans response was that he could not cancel the order and even if he could I would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee for a product that was not even close to being in a production cue according to Ryan.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. They also need to put a pop up advising people of the ridiculously long turn around times before they submit payment. A 30 second tweak to the code could save them a whole lot of headach
