Shein US Services review: False charge

I got two charges from this company which are unrecognizable by me. They total almost $500 and the company is unreachable. The live chat doesn't provide any back-and-forth whatsoever. They are a company to sell some things through Amazon but it is mostly clothing and little things for the kitchen. I have ordered nothing from Amazon that relates to this in any way.

I couldn't complain more strongly about this company.
