just the latest straight talk "service"... 11-24-23 straight talk took my monthly payment, 5 days later they shut off my phone without notice. the only way to get it turned on was to make another payment through the App... this is the third time they have cost me money in two months! when contacting them, they corrected the error but told me it would take 10 days (convenient for them) with NO guarantee it would'nt happen again... dealing with people who do nothing but put up walls in front of you making it almost impossible to contact them and resolve issues of there own making with zero accountability when costing customers additional money... Again this is the third time in 2 months!
This is BY FAR the worst phone "service" (or lack there of)I have ever delt with and I will be going back to Verizon and happily pay for their price increases for actual "service" and have a phone that does'nt leave me stranded with no options but to use there "service" that they can and will shut off without warning (wich they have already done multiple times)
GOOD BUY STRAIGHT TALK, AND GOOD RIDENCE!

Desired outcome: actual service with guarantees things like this wont happen again! they have ZERO accountability on there end and will take every penny they can
