We purchase this house about 4 years ago. we live in it for two years and then we started having foundation and structures problems. The builder told me that everything was done in the right manner and the home past code. I had the home inspected by a structural engineer and he has informed me that the problems that I am having with this house is because the builder did not make sure that everything was done according to the code here in Terrell Texas.
Desired outcome: I want my house repaired or he can give me my money that I have invested in the purchase of this home and take it back
