Take 5 Oil Change - Oil change

I had a complete oil change on my 2021 Jeep. I now needed a second oil change. I went back to Take 5 but they were to busy and I didn’t have time to wait so I decided to do it myself. I bought the oil and filter and proceeded. Once I was under the car, I could see next to the oil plug the pan was cracked but not leaking. I tried to take the oil pan plug off with a regular wrench, but it was on so tight it wouldn’t budge! I had to use a long extension, ratchet and had to use both hands to remove it! It being screwed on so tight is what caused the cracked pan. It’s only supposed to be snugged 18-foot pounds max. Then when I removed the old oil there was over 7 quarts of oil when there should only have been 6 quarts. I took pictures and filed my complaint with Take 5. On 7/7/23 I received a call from the local Take 5 Oil Change in Inverness Fl. and basically, told me they are not going do an

anything about it!

Desired outcome: Repair
