I have always worn nine west shoes and love the comfort.
I did buy a pair of heels, paid $62.00 for them and had them for about a year, wore them to
church and when I took them off, the inside of the shoes came apart and was stuck on my feet. Actually they were my favorite pair.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

NINE WEST COMPLAINT
The telephone staff are completely rude and don't want to hear anything about what problem you have. They also have an answer for all the mistakes THEY MAKE.
I always buy my shoes from Nine West I will NO LONGER EVER buy from them again. I have bought so many things in the past but my last experience was TERRIBLE.
I bought 2 pair of shoes and returned them for an exchange. Once they received them they made sure they quickly charged me again for a new order without refunding the previous. So therefore I have paid the 2 pairs of shoes twice. I get an email to tell me they have sent the new size shoes out and I should receive them soon via UPS. 2 months have passed and I haven't heard anything. I call them and I am told after they charged me twice they found out they didn't have the sizes I was after and just canceled the order. Mind you they never sent me an email to tell me it was canceled so I am waiting for my shoes that I paid for twice.
The lady on the phone said "Oh that order was canceled an email was sent" "NO" I said "No email was sent"
And then she continued to tell me that Nine West emails usually go to spam, and you can't expect to get every email!
What a joke.
They just couldn't be bothered informing me of what happened, they had my money and had their merchandise back so they are satisfied. She was so rude and her tone of voice was very insulting.
YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!
I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR SHOES, BAGS, ETC EVER AGAIN.
I have spent so much money buying their products only to be treated like an idiot.
EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK UNLESS YOU FIGHT FOR IT.
Very unhappy shopper.
